My husband & I recently moved to Elyria however we previously lived in Cleveland Heights where I worked at a local dog boarding and daycare center where I was responsible for the well being of upwards of 35-50 dogs, ensuring each and every dog was able to relax in their new environment, providing all meals and medication as well as ensuring the safety of all social dogs in a group together. I treat house-sitting as if I am working from home and I will not be away from your pets for longer than 4-5hrs at a time, and am happy to/prefer to spend the night so your pet/home aren't alone or unsupervised. If I am in your home you can find peace in the fact that not only your pets will be safe but your home is protected as well! I treat others homes just as sacredly as ones pets, and I am more than happy to take in all mail/packages, water your plants, be home for any needed maintenance or to alert you of any home changes or emergencies. I also have extensive knowledge of what to do for all weather emergencies as well such as tornado warnings, winter storms, heavy flooding etc and you can rest easy on your vacation knowing that your pet is safe and all steps are taken to ensure your home and pet will stay protected!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
