About: I've been an animal person my entire life. I grew up helping pet-sit the neighborhood dogs, and my family loved a rescue German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix from the time I was 10 (she was 2) until she was 15 - she watched us grow up and even visited my college house. As an adult, my heart belonged to January, a border collie/American Staffordshire terrier mix I brought home in my late 20s after seeing her story on the news. She was an energetic, clever puppy who taught me patience, consistency, and the value of positive training. We had 13 wonderful years together before she passed in November 2025. Losing January left a hole in my routine and my heart, and I’m not quite ready to adopt again - but I’ve found real joy and healing in caring for other people's pets. I've recently house-sat and hosted dogs, cats, and birds for friends and family, from puppies and kittens to seniors on medications with special needs. That experience, plus a gentle nudge from the people who suggested Rover, is what brings me here. I've used the same trusted vet since I was a kid and know the ropes - comfortable administering medication, contacting the vet, or getting emergency care if needed. Your pet will be loved, watched closely, and cared for like one of my own. I work a hybrid schedule: two days at home (typically Monday and Friday) and three 8-hour days in an Avon Lake office (Tuesday-Thursday). My schedule is flexible and easy to swap these days. I can use my noon lunch break for midday walks, potty breaks, and playtime if you're within 5-10 miles of my location. I’m available in the evenings after work for walks, feeding & visits. I'm also happy to water plants, bring in mail, and handle other small house-sitting tasks. I live in a cozy Lakewood duplex on the first floor with a front yard and porch that dogs (including my former dog and the neighbors’ dogs) love to lounge on. I have a yard stake leash available for safe outdoor time. I already have bowls, beds, leashes, and other supplies, so your pup won't need to travel with a pile of gear if you don’t want to. I can board up to two dogs at a time -any size, any friendly mix - but I don't board cats in my home (happy to care for them at yours).

About: I take care of my two dogs named Ivy and Cooper I rescued them both when they were puppies Cooper is now 12 and Ivy is now 4. I walk them once a day. I cuddle and play with them a lot. I’m currently not working so my schedule is very flexible right now to watch and take the dogs for a walk five days a week. About: I have loved and cared for multiple pets throughout the years- all with different purrsonalities, ages, and likes. I currently own 6 cats; but only two of my babies live with me the other four have been kidnapped by their grandparents. Most of my cats all love to cuddle and some of them even play fetch. When I have brought other pets home to watch and play with, my cats are always welcoming and I enjoy learning and experiencing every pets different personality. I currently work 3 12s as a nurse, but the other four days of my week I am usually home at least 8 hours during the day. I always get up two hours before work and I feed, play with, and cuddles me cats for at least an hour because they put me in a happy mood to start my day. When I get back from work I spend about an hour to two with them before I fall asleep. On my off days I am usually home and will spend time and play with my cats whenever they want to. It just depends on if they want to sleep, cuddle, or play. I have a two bedroom townhome with just myself and my two cats in. My cats are allowed anywhere throughout my home and are usually found either sleeping in my bed or on my couch basking in the sunlight and staring out the window. I feed my cats twice a day- once in the morning and at night. Sometimes they’ll get a snack mid day and they receive treats sometimes when they are extra cute. I also clean their litter box every morning so it smells good and they feel good about going to the bathroom in their box. If I go somewhere to care for another persons pet I will feed them based off the owners schedule and will clean their litter box as often as needed, usually once a day. I will also play with them and show them as much or little attention as they want.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
