About: I’ve had two dogs of my own since I was four years old. I helped train my second dog when I was 10 years old. I’ve looked after my neighbors dogs while they are away and I have been on Wag! For a year watching people’s dogs as well. I’ll not only make sure your pets are okay while I’m gone, but I’ll go the extra step and make sure they are loved and cared and play with them. I’m currently nannying for the summer from about 8:30-5:30 Tuesdays-Fridays. I’m usually free on the weekends while I’m home for the summer and can always stop by before work and after. At my own home I make sure my dogs are walked at least 2-3 times a day. I keep food off the counter so that the big guy doesn’t reach up and grab it. In your home I can do whatever you feel is necessary to make sure your pet is safe and okay.

As an elementary teacher, I have a structured schedule that actually works really well for pet care. I’m available before and after school, in the evenings, and on weekends. During breaks and summers, I have even more flexibility, allowing me to provide extended care, walks, and drop-in visits. I treat every pet like they’re my own. I focus on making them feel loved, safe, and comfortable—whether that’s sticking to their usual routine, giving them extra playtime, or just spending quality time with them. About: I have a strong background working with animals of all kinds—from wrangling 60+ horses at a working ranch, to helping kids with special needs ride and care for horses through a PATH program in Rocky River. Animals have been a huge part of my life, and being around them brings me a deep sense of joy and purpose. I have completed my doctor of physical therapy degree and am currently working PRN, so I have time to work with animals! I also volunteer with Love-A-Stray’s cat division, assisting with feeding, cleaning, and trap-neuter-release efforts. At home, I care for five rescue cats (mostly tabbies!) who are social, playful, and get along great with one another.

About: I have been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember! I have taken care of dogs of all ages from little puppies to cute oldie senior pups. I have experience and comfortability with giving meds, going on long walks, and playing with lots and lots of toys. When I was little I would take care of my neighbors dogs with basic responsibilities like letting them outside and feeding them, which made my love for dogs grow even more. I started a summer "business" with my sister and friend just trying to find an excuse to play with the neighborhood dogs. I even got to take my love into a career when I worked in a vet clinic for almost two years during covid. When owners were not allowed into the building, I would be the one to love, hold and play with the animals during the appointment time so that they were still taken care of. I also worked down in the boarding facility, feeding, cleaning, and walking a ton of dogs who all needed to stretch their legs a little. I take time with each animal as much as possible, so not only do they get to spend time with someone, but they get to spend time with someone who actively is just as excited to see them! I currently work part time, mostly mornings, so any visits in the afternoon or evening would be perfect for my schedule! I get my schedule as early as three weeks in advance, so I know exactly when I am free about then. I can also stay with dogs, but need to be able to leave in the early morning but usually isn't a problem! I have done lots of combination house sitting and pet sitting for many of my neighbors throughout the years! I always clean up after myself, and leave the place better than I found it. I can also do some odd chores here or there if you would like, I have watered lots of plants! Keeping the pet in the comfortable environment is most important to me, as that is their home and I want them to be as cozy as possible while I am there.

About: Growing up I had a sweet little fur baby named Bruno. He was a pug and my whole life. My family and I loved him so much after rescuing him he lived to be almost 16 years of age! Since then, I spent many weekends dog or cat sitting as well as working at a doggy daycare, called Paws for a brief period of time where I was able to hone in my skills. Daily/weekly pet care comes from observing the comfort and behaviors of each pet. There are a big dog park just around the corner of my apartment as well as a hiking route I love to take dogs to run around with. It's a perfect place to go for a few hours so that your fur babys can have the most fun! Safety and trust are the most important part of having an animal in my home. I want to make sure your fur baby is given everything they need so they can enjoy their time with me. Animals lives are short, and they deserve the best with the time they have.

About: I have grown up with dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish as pets. In addition to this, I have over two years of experience as a vet assistant at Westpark Animal Hospital. Being a vet assistant has improved both my dog and cat handling/care-taking skills. My family has also fostered puppies and I am a volunteer dog walker for CITY DOGS. I will be a sophomore at Ohio State in the fall and I am studying Animal Sciences on the Pre-Vet track! My hours at work this summer allow me to be relatively available throughout the week. I will be able to fit pet care into my routine before or after work, depending on the hours that I am scheduled for the week. I have 2 dogs at home and will be raising a Guiding Eye puppy this summer. My yard is partially fenced, but it would probably be better for me to drop into clients' homes for walks, playtime, feeding, etc. I'm used to my dogs being higher-energy, so I feel confident caring for pets of all energy levels.
