What really sets Marissa apart is how she handled an unexpected emergency. During the hottest week of the summer, our air conditioner stopped working with only 24 hours left in our trip. As soon as she noticed the house was getting too warm, she contacted us immediately. She went above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot the issue from a distance and refusing to leave our dogs alone until she knew they were safe. She even helped get the downstairs temperature back to 76 degrees. When she realized the upstairs was still much too hot for the dogs to be crated overnight, she didn't hesitate to offer to spend the night with them—without us even asking. That level of care, compassion, and dedication is something you simply can't teach. Knowing she was there with our dogs allowed us to relax, even though we were so far from home. She did an amazing job caring for both of our pups—our 150-pound lap dog and our demanding little pitty! They absolutely adored her, and it's obvious she genuinely loves the animals she cares for. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond, Marissa is the one. We will absolutely be using her again, even for short day trips. I always take care to read instructions and procedures and try to make the experience as painless as possible for our furry friends. I’m currently on a break from work so my time and schedule are flexible for all the fluffy clients for whatever they need. Long walks, short walks, playtime, cuddle sessions, I can do it all. About: Growing up I had a sweet little fur baby named Bruno. He was a pug and my whole life. My family and I loved him so much after rescuing him he lived to be almost 16 years of age! Since then, I spent many weekends dog or cat sitting as well as working at a doggy daycare, called Paws for a brief period of time where I was able to hone in my skills. Daily/weekly pet care comes from observing the comfort and behaviors of each pet. There are a big dog park just around the corner of my apartment as well as a hiking route I love to take dogs to run around with. It's a perfect place to go for a few hours so that your fur babys can have the most fun! Safety and trust are the most important part of having an animal in my home. I want to make sure your fur baby is given everything they need so they can enjoy their time with me. Animals lives are short, and they deserve the best with the time they have.

About: I have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. I took care of our dog for at least 5 years up until he passed away. I have been learning to train dogs as well. I currently work full time, Monday through Friday, and I have extra time and love to give to dogs that need a place to stay. I have a partially fenced in yard that is on the process of being fixed/finished. I can easily separate dogs if needed. I will provide walks as long as weather permits.

About: I have several years of cat and dog experience. I grew up with animals and have taken care of them from early ages all the way through senior ages. I love all animals like their my own and love taking care of them! I'm currently working full time. However, I have evenings, weekends and holiday's off. I am pretty flexible with my weekends and can accommodate you and your animals for any needs! I have lots of training in dog walking. I have a dog of my own who went through training as a puppy and I have always remembered my training with her when I deal with other people's animals.
