About: I’ve grown up in a house with 4 dogs since I was born. Taking care of my own since I was 13. I absolutely adore dogs of all kinds. I have experience taking care of all breeds, small to large. I used to be a mail carrier so I have lots of experience walking all day. The dogs were the favorite part of my day, I think I knew more of the dogs names on my route than I did actual people! I currently am working Monday-Friday 9-5 so I would be available in the evenings during the week. I am available any time on the weekends I have a completely fenced in acre and 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby friendly. I do not crate my dog but am able to crate your dogs if you supply a crate. My dogs have free reign of my house and are treated like my child and so would your fur baby!

About: Big or small, shy or energetic, I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities. I’m an experienced, reliable pet caregiver who treats every pet like family. I currently work part-time from home! I am available for midday check-ins, and evening routines. Some days I am even available for mornings! My schedule is flexible, so I can accommodate most routines with a bit of notice. I can also offer in home day care or overnight stays in my home with enough notice! Your pet will be treated like part of the family in my home! I have 2 of the best Golden Retrievers who love to play. About: I had the pleasure of raising my German Shepherd for 8 years. He sadly crossed the rainbow bridge April 2025 from hemangiosarcoma. Jax was my baby but had a variety of health problems that have allowed me to have a deep knowledge of how to care for dogs. We adopted Trixie, our sweet pittie shortly after! She is the most snuggly lapdog! I am watchful with dogs and promise your dog will enjoy his or her time with Trixie, Terian, our kitty Coco and me! I have walked friends' and neighbors' dogs and provided overnight and short-term dog sitting for various breeds. Jax completed advanced obedience school, giving me extensive experience with the training process. I also am a certified behavior therapist who uses positive reinforcement to increase desired behavior. I am currently working as a juvenile probation supervisor, but I have the availability to come home 2 times during the day if your pup requires extra walks! I am typically gone for 7 hours Monday-Friday but come home at lunch to walk the dogs. My husband WFH so your baby will always have someone home! I always make time to walk the dogs at least twice a day for 20-30 minutes. If your pup requires more or less, I can tailor their walks accordingly. I am very flexible with scheduling. At our house, your pup will have plenty of room to play. We have a large backyard. We also are more than happy to take the pups to a Dog Park to get out any extra energy. I am happy to crate your pup if needed. We have plenty of interactive dog toys for Trixie and your pup to play with. Trixie is about 3 years old and loves to make new friends. We hope your pup will come join us while you are away! Because I have a fur baby of my own, I understand the time and dedication needed for a pet. Fortunately, I am able to let the dogs out during the day. My husband and I are active, so walks and hikes with the dogs is part of our routine. I have raised a very spoiled dog, so I know how to give your pup(s) the love and affection they need while you are out of town. Between snuggles, leashed walks, open area play in the backyard, yummy treats, and lots of belly scratches, your pet will be loved and attended to!

About: If you’re looking for someone to love on your pups and spend some one on one time with them while you’re arway, I’d love to be the person to do that for you! I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life. I presently have 4 Aussies and a senior chihuahua and we are a fun family! Keeping up with my Aussies has been most rewarding! They are high energy and always needing an activity to do so I am always engaging with them in some way, whether it be puzzles, games, walks, grooming… ect. I have two Aussies that don’t particularly like each other and we have worked with them for some time to turn that around. I have experience with behavioral based training and positive reinforcement training which gives me some experience to work with challenging furbabies if you have any. I keep my availability updated and would like to hear from you if you think I’d be a fit for you and your family! I work full time and I am presently available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at the moment. I have some availability Sundays through Wednesdays. About: I have had animals in my life since I was six months old and have helped care for them since I can remember. I've been married to my husband for 33 years and we have had cats, dogs, ferrets, and fish that. We are empty nesters so our complete focus is on our dogs and your dogs when they come to join our pack. I just retired so I am home all day everyday except when I have appointments. My husband Dan is also retired. So we have all kinds of time to care for your pet. Meet the team! My name is Ruth and I'm the female human in the house and my Dan is the male human in the house. Then comes Maisy, our 6 year old toy aussiedoodle, followed by her two year old half sister Gertie, our mini aussiedoodle. Maisy is more laid back and she gets along with other laid back dogs preferably. Gertie on the other hand loves all people and all dogs. I will treat your dog like our own under our care. We offer leashed walks in our dog friendly neighborhood, belly rubs, playing fetch and generally chasing each other around in fun. My house is more the dogs home than ours - where they have furniture privileges except the tables. If they are staying the night, they will be allowed to stay in our bed or we can crate as upon preference.

About: My name is Kimberly and I am currently 31 years old - I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since I was a child, however I moved to working with dogs professionally at the age of 20; I have enjoyed every moment since! My husband & I recently moved to Elyria however we previously lived in Cleveland Heights where I worked at a local dog boarding and daycare center where I was responsible for the well being of upwards of 35-50 dogs, ensuring each and every dog was able to relax in their new environment, providing all meals and medication as well as ensuring the safety of all social dogs in a group together. This position gave me the most valuable knowledge possible and has solidified my idea that stress free care is one of the most important things I can do for the pets entrusted in my care. My husband & I currently own 3 cats and they are all our world and best friends; while I love all animals, dogs are my true passion however and I have extensive experience with many different breeds, sizes, temperaments, energy drives, worker breeds/service dogs, etc. I am also able to provide you with the comfort of knowing all medications and health needs will be met, as I have plenty of experience providing care for senior/health compromised dogs that follow a strict medication/feeding schedule. I am very comfortable with administering shots, pill shoots as well as old fashion 'pilling' a dog with some PB! After the pandemic and working an office job remotely for 2 years, I have stepped aside from that life and am looking to focus more on spending my days enjoying my passion: taking care of your pup and creating a relaxed, stress free experience for you both. I have a background in customer service so bringing you peace of mind, going above and beyond, and creating special experiences is something im happy to be able to do! This is my full time position so you don't need to worry about my schedule pulling me in different directions; there is extra security with my dog experienced/dog obsessed husband being close by and able to help in an kind of possible emergency that might keep me from my usual schedule. I treat house-sitting as if I am working from home and I will not be away from your pets for longer than 4-5hrs at a time, and am happy to/prefer to spend the night so your pet/home aren't alone or unsupervised. If I am in your home you can find peace in the fact that not only your pets will be safe but your home is protected as well! I treat others homes just as sacredly as ones pets, and I am more than happy to take in all mail/packages, water your plants, be home for any needed maintenance or to alert you of any home changes or emergencies. I also have extensive knowledge of what to do for all weather emergencies as well such as tornado warnings, winter storms, heavy flooding etc and you can rest easy on your vacation knowing that your pet is safe and all steps are taken to ensure your home and pet will stay protected!
