Rachel was fantastic! She was very communicative and kept me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. I loved seeing how she played with Nylah and made sure she was happy and engaged. She also did an excellent job handling multiple dogs and making sure everyone got along safely. I felt completely at ease knowing Nylah was in great hands.
Dillon is good with communicating. Meet and greet was thorough and confidence inspiring. Dillon conveys a lot of dog experience. He was afterwards readily available for a flexible drop off time with short notice while my wife and I waited for labor to start with our first born. Our dog had a lot of fun with Dillon’s dogs. His photo quality was great too. Would highly recommend.
Yuki and her family were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Nala! From the very start, they were so welcoming and really matched Nala’s playful energy. It was clear that Nala enjoyed every moment with them—she loved playing and spending time with the family, and we could tell she felt right at home. Yuki kept us updated with lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was very mindful of our care instructions and even proactive in reminding us of a few things to double-check before boarding, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is not only attentive and responsible but also genuinely loves spending time with your dog. We could see how happy Nala was, and that’s the best feeling as a pet parent. We would absolutely recommend Yuki and her family to anyone looking for a loving, thoughtful sitter!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Meagan! She took wonderful care of our senior dog, Trixie, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease while we were away. Meagan’s communication was incredible as she kept us updated regularly and sent so many photo updates, which meant the world to us. She was very mindful of Trixie’s care instructions, especially since Trixie is older with some hearing and vision difficulties. It was clear that Meagan was attentive and patient and made sure Trixie got the breaks and gentle care she needed. We could tell Trixie was comfortable and happy in her care. Tina and her family is amazing. We had left Nutmeg(our 3 year old beagle) in her care for the first time away this summer, coincidentally that was the first time being separated for our Nutmeg and us too.and it was an international trip 10+ days. We were so worried being away from Nutmeg and how she would feel too, but Tina was amazing. She and her daughters made Nutmeg feel at home,she sent us lots of updates and pictures daily and so we knew Nutmeg is in good hands. And Nutmeg had other dog friends too there, infact when we came to pick up, after coming to us tail all wagging, she even went back to Tina for cuddles and bye before we took her 🤗🤗. Nutmeg had a second home... Oh, and Tina is do organized and clear with all the instructions, so very professional. We booked Tina's again one more time, this summer. No different, we could see Nutmeg loved to go back. We are so happy and relieved knowing we have found Tina (and almost second home for our Nutmeg). Thavery was very accommodating and took great care of our fur baby! It seems like she took him a park, spend a lot of time together, and he had a great time with her and Dexter. She also was okay sleeping with our dog at night, which we thought it was very sweet. We felt great leaving our baby with her. Thank you so much!
