“Garrett is hands down the best person to trust with your pet. We left our 7 year old, lively & sociable shepherd mix alone for the first time when we went to Portugal for 10 days. This was the first time Buster had been left with anyone outside the family, and to say I was nervous was an understatement. Garrett went above and beyond, sending messages with pictures and a brief check in, reassuring us that Buster was fine - the pictures gave us real evidence that he was indeed a happy camper, and honestly some of the photos made it seem like he was having a better time than if we’d been home! “Sofie would be a great addition to the Rover.com family. She truly cares about--and is good at anticipating--the dog's needs. She is a loving "parent" to her own dog and certainly helped me after I took a rescue who had been in a foster home for 2 years so it was really a re-homing situation. She was able to help me re-acclimate Apricot and used her own dog Felix to help socialize Apricot. It has been a great success! Frankly, if anything happened to me--or my circumstances--to the extent I could no longer take good care of Apricot, Sofie would be my first (and only) choice to adopt her. All of this to say that Sofie is mature well beyond her years and she uses good judgment. What more can you ask for?”
