“Kevin was a great sitter to watch both my dogs. He was able to accommodate last minute day care booking on Christmas day and when an emergency popped up during christmas, he was very nice to help out and have both my dogs stay overnight. He sent in pictures and videos of them on hikes and having a fenced yard was a plus! they were great with the other dogs he has in the house. Came to pick up my dogs and they looked so happy- usually will bark and whine when they see their mommy but this time they just jumped in exciment. It made me happy that both my dogs were at peace and calm at someones house they did not know; espically my senior dog who has major seperation anixety from being attached to me, she did so well and looked very calm which made me happy. After picking the dogs up from his house, they were passed out on the ride home. I would recommend Kevin when caring for your dogs. He responds well and is very nice and will treat the dogs like they are his own.”

About: I am a veterinary technician at an emergency animal hospital. I am a huge animal lover! i am able to give medications and able to work with pets with disabilities if needed On my free time from work I dog walk, do drop in visits, doggy daycare and pet sit! I have great background knowledge of pet husbandry and medical assistance. I have a big backyard where the dogs can run, play and exercise, and i have my home full with dog lovers to make your pet feel welcomed.

“I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that Maria loves dogs more than kiddos - and this is a woman who has been hailed as a phenomenal nanny by several families over the last several years. Many people will ask to pet new dogs that they meet, but Maria truly falls in love with every single one. In fact this is true of all animals, but she does have a special place in her heart for doggos. I probably do not have space to write all the stories I could about this part of her life, but here are a few. In addition to the dogs she has cared for while nannying (5 in total), she has had no less than 4 dogs of her own. She has raised newborn puppies, and she has rescued dogs (and cats) that she found abandoned in the street, or that were left by families that could no longer care for them. In fact just the other day she turned the car around when she believed she saw a dog being tied to a pole on the side of the road, but thankfully the owner was only taking a rest and did stay with the animal the entire time. Maria is from Colombia, which has a complicated dog culture. There is an abundance of dogs throughout the country, but they are not always well cared for, and many end up as strays. I personally witnessed her nurture a hungry stray dog while staying at a fancy resort. While the proprietors tried to shoo the animal, thinking it was being bothersome, Maria was actually encouraging the dog to approach. She then calmed him into trusting her so that she could give him some food and water, and he later followed us to our cabana and slept outside. We currently have two dogs in our family, and if I didn’t see it with my own eyes every day, I would not believe two dogs could ever be this happy and comfortable. She does not simply provide them food and water. She rolls around and plays with them whenever they bring her one of their favorite toys, and she lays down with them on whatever surface of the house suits them in the moment. They have so many choices, with 3 beds of their own, a comfy couch and ottoman, and even occasionally our own bed. She bathes them, grooms them, cleans their teeth, and even paints their nails (yes really!). To them, I may be one of their “humans”, but she is truly a part of their pack. Arya, Kathy (our mini French poodles), and Maria would love a chance to share their love with the special furry member of your family, and I promise they will be so very well cared for!!”

“First things first, I have never seen someone who loves dogs more than Michel. She never fails to comment when she sees a dog and will even go out of her way just for a chance to pet a dog. Her desire to care for dogs is just as great. Michel and I (husband) have taken care of dogs in each of our respective homes, and strongly hope to continue taking care of dogs via rover now that we have moved out of our respective homes into an apartment together. We are both fairly active and both have cars to ensure the dogs get plenty of walk, and have access to green space. Hope to see your dogs soon!”

About: I am currently a pet care specialist! I grew up taking care of dogs,cats,Guineapigs, hamsters, birds and more I always helped take care of my neighbors cats and dogs I honestly loved it ! I am honestly working full time but i usually always have time after work , take care of my babies first and then come and help I have a huge yard, 2 dogs , 4 cats , 1 Guinea pig, and 2 birds, but if needed they will be in separate rooms

“Tyleigh was super responsive to a late request and saved me from having to cancel plans I’d had for over a month! She communicated well, double checked how often Harvey needed to be walked and sent pictures to update me. Harvey was completely comfortable with her and seemed totally relaxed when we picked him. The first time was last Fall when we were away for a few days and this time it was just for a day while we were having a large picnic at our home and wanted our dog not to wander outside and out of the yard. Julie took our dog on walks and to the dog park and was a happy, tired dog when we picked her up. Julie took excellent care of our dog and we can’t recommend her highly enough!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs for more than 20 years. I personally have owned several dogs throughout my life and currently have 2 fur babies. I have friends and family that have always relied on me to care for their babies in my home or theirs. I currently work 10 min for my home and have weekends off. It allows me to do frequent potty breaks during the day and full play time in the mornings and late afternoon. I have a fenced in yard and 2 wonderful fur babies to keep your doggy company. I can easily continue any crate training or your fur baby can have their own room with a full daybed and tv.
