About: I am a doting dog-mom to an anxious, rescue shih-tzu mix, and I’ve had dogs my whole life! Whether your dog is big or small, great on a leash or not, I am happy to spend time with them and attend to their individual needs! About: I have had dogs, cats and birds my whole life. I love all animals and my pets are my kids! I left the corporate world in January 2019 to do what I love, which is caring for and spending time with animals! My schedule is extremely flexible. I can go to your home for walks, feeding, playtime and administering meds. I work weekends and well as weekdays. Overnights would need to be at my home, because I have a a 6 year old Shihpoo who is the sweetest dog you could ever meet! I live in a dog friendly apartment complex in the Harbor Point section of Stamford. There are three nearby dog parks and plenty of sidewalks and safe potty areas right outside my building. I’m very active and love to go on long walks. My apartment is spotless and always safe for dogs. I am very careful about leaving anything around that would harm them. In addition to the insurance covered by Rover, I have my own liability insurance and am bonded as well.

About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of dogs and cats, including pit bulls, golden retrievers, poodles, senior dogs, and tabby cats. I’ve also cared for pets with medication and dietary needs, including both oral and injectable medications. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Whether that means a long walk, plenty of play and attention, sticking closely to their feeding routine, or simply giving a nervous or senior pet some extra patience, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs. I’ll keep you updated with how your pet is doing and treat your pet with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I currently work evening shifts at my family’s restaurant in Darien, so I’m generally available for pet care during the mornings and afternoons, as well as some evenings. My work schedule does not interfere with housesitting, and I’m able to provide attentive care throughout the day and overnight. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m happy to work around my evening schedule and coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. I have a fenced-in yard and a very docile and friendly golden retriever. She’s 11 and gets along with every animal she meets. When taking care of a pet at client’s homes, I prioritize leaving it in the same or better condition than I found it.
