5. Ellen C.
“Ellen has worked with and known our family for many years. She was our babysitter (kids now older) and also took care of our 3 dogs, all of whom love her dearly. They cry and get so excited when she walks in the door. She continues to dog sit when we are away and just sometimes visits as we all miss her. She is responsible, organized and has great calm energy. I trust her completely to be in our home while we are gone. Could not recommend her more highly.”
6. Scarlet A.
“Scarlet is an incredible dog sitter, we recommend her 100%. Vodka; my dog, is now 2 years old, when he got home he was only two months old and a short time later I had to leave the city and I had no idea with whom to leave him with, he was so small. He hadn't complied with the vaccine schedule yet. That's when we met Scarlet who, with all the care and love in the world, stayed with him for a weekend. She has a good chemistry with dogs to love her. Later we requested her services again. She always took him to the park, she sent me photos and if we had any indication for any specific training, she would always respect it. She really has a lot of patience, character and love for them. We recommend her totally.”
7. Lena B.
“Lena is a true professional dog carer..she took the time my dogs needed to feel comfortable with them. Very accomodating to their individual quirks, truly feel they are safe and happy in her care. Grateful to have found her! Also, bonus, her son is wonderful and my Midge is in LOVE with him.”
8. Irene A.
“Irene is Absolutely the Best! She watched my 4 month old puppy for two days on very short notice. She has a large fenced in home on a corner lot. My puppy just ran around the yard and played. He enjoyed it so much I knew he would be sad to leave. Irene was like a grandmother to Kobe. She treated him as if he was her own. They went on several walks, she kept me informed and sent pictures. She even brushed him for me. Kobe was great company for Irene, she lit up when he came. We Will certainly use her again!”
9. Pablo G.
“Pablo and Elaine have a carefully controlled dog pack with a range of moderate energies well suited for socializing other dogs. Although our dog was initially nervous when we brought her there, she fit in well with the pack by the time we returned to pick her up. We are extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them.”

We will definitely leave Pika here again when we are in CT to visit.”

13. Gwynne A.
“Gwynne is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had!!! We tried other rover sitters but no one is as dedicated, responsive and caring as her. My dogs Bubble and Molly got two long walks in the scenic neighborhood, rolling time in the beautiful yard (safely leashed!!), cuddling time with mini humans. The dogs and the kids cannot be more adorable. Bubble and Molly couldn’t be any happier! They fell asleep five minutes after we picked them up. I highly recommend Gwynne as a wonderful dog sitter.”

I own a lab mix who I adopted from the humane society she's the best dog I've had. So kind, lovely, and protective all in one big fluffy dog. I have twin 11 year old boys who are excited about going for dog walks with me. The great news is that you'll have six eyes on your dog all at once. Walking dogs has been an interest of mine for sometime now and I'm looking forward to starting this new adventure in my life. I am available to do house feeds, check in, and walks. I can dog sit in your home too.
18. Dani H.
About: I’m a college student at Sacred Heart University, and I have had a dog for as long as I can remember. I love caring for dogs and giving them the love and attention that they deserve. I am able to provide many different activities for the dog (see below) and make sure that their needs are met to the best they can be. Something that separates me from other walkers/sitters is that I have been training my own psychiatric service dog for over 3 years. I have minimal dog training and know how to handle dogs in a variety of different ways. As I am a full time college student, my schedule differs from week to week. I am free every weekend, and I am most free on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s I have two other friendly dogs, both about 30 pounds, Australian Labradoodles. Someone is almost always home, and we have a crate so we can crate the dog if needed. We have a very big backyard (about 2 acres) where the dog can run. Please note that the backyard is not fenced as we have an invisible fence.
