About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life—growing up in a home full of fish, birds, cats, dogs, and rodents taught me early on that pets are family. I truly believe every animal deserves love, patience, and attentive care. Today, I share my home with my friendly dog Birdie, who loves meeting new furry friends and makes a great playmate. My two kids are also passionate animal lovers, and together we create a safe, warm, and pet-friendly environment. I’m experienced in administering medications, whether pills, drops, or topical treatments, and I’m happy to support pets with special needs. I also offer daily walks for exercise and enrichment, and I’m comfortable with crate training if it’s part of your routine. I work full-time during the week, but on my weekends off, I love spending my time caring for animals. My home is fully pet-friendly and thoughtfully pet-proofed to ensure a secure environment. I use baby gates to create designated pet areas, so dogs can have their own space or be kept out of certain rooms when needed. I also have a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. Fresh water is always available in multiple areas of the home to keep pets hydrated throughout the day. Whether your pet loves to run or relax, they’ll have a secure, comfortable, and caring space to enjoy.

About: I have had cats for more than half of my life and dog-sat for around the same amount of time. I used to dog sit two huskies all the time, had a dog of my own for a short time, and have experience dog sitting for labs as well! I have even taken care of a bearded dragon and snake on multiple occasions. Rover does not list animals other than cats and dogs directly but I am happy to arrange care for another animal as well, including exotic animals, for a fee that can be discussed. I am volunteering at the humane society and am very involved in caring for animals as much as I have time for. I am excited and ready to care for any and all pets that need it and will stick to specific details given. I won't hesitate to ask questions about the care of your pets when I have them to make sure your pet gets the utmost care and love while you're away or busy, and id yoy have plants that need watering, say the word and I'll do that too! I am currently full time in senior year of high-school and volunteering for two hours a week on the weekends, but I graduate in a month and will have all the time in the world to pet sit! I follow every instruction for food, water, walk, and treats and ask questions if I am unsure of something. I tend to stay longer than needed for check in visits just to give pets some company if I have the time. Unless pets are not very social, they will get all kinds of attention, and if they have any anxiety or behavioral differences I will be very careful and act however is best for them. I am very sure to be on time for visits and will be very specific to follow instructions for walking or being taken outside.

About: Hello! We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We've owned a dogs our whole lives and can't imagine not having them around! From small to large dogs, your pet is a welcome guest in our home! We have 2 dogs, Macy (Golden Retriever) and Ava (Labrador Retriever) that love having guests over to stay and play. I have done senior care down to 8 week old puppies and am comfortable with giving medications, having midnight potty breaks and keeping dogs engaged and happy no matter what their age. I am a full-time teacher at a school in McFarland, which means I am out of the home from 7:30-3:30 every day. If you are looking to board your dog during the weekday, I am able to come home on my lunch and let them out, play for a bit and socialize before I have to go back until the end of the school day. On weekends, your pup will be let out every 1-3 hours. No matter which day they stay with me, we typically take lots of walks and love to spend time playing in the fenced in yard. We have a fenced in yard, live in a neighborhood with many walking paths, a crate and blankets available (if needed), many toys and two energetic kids to play with and offer cuddles!
