“Brittany did exceptional at taking care of our pets, plants, and home. She was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Great dog sitter! Great communication. Took great care of our dog and was very accommodating. Will definitely be using Janae again, and defiantly recommend booking her.”

“She arrived on time, stayed for the full visit, cleaned the litter boxes, and made sure the cats were cared for while we were away. Our cats are very shy and didn’t come out during her visits, but it was reassuring to know everything was being checked on and taken care of.”

“This was our first time connecting with Natalia and we noticed a few things. She is very transparent about the costs, her schedule, and wanting to meet us and our cats in person. We could tell she cares not only about earning a fast buck. I can get pretty picky about how our two cats are cared for. Pretty sure I’m the one that has separation anxiety, not our cats 😅. When she came over, she was very observant and asked lots of questions on our instructions. She was also very careful about making sure our cats didn’t bolt out the door. Our cats love to go outside so when a door opens, they want out asap. We really appreciated knowing we wouldn’t come home to a missing cat. We loved Natalia and would absolutely rebook.”

“Alisha was amazing! We are traveling with family and in Airbnb. She eased my nervousness from the first moment in the meet and greet. We were able to take an all day trip as a family and have peace of mind that our 9 month old pup was able to get out to do her business and enjoy some company. I would not only recommend Alisha but hope to be able to use her services in the future..”

About: I grew up in North Carolina and recently moved to Utah with my husband for his job in the Army. I started dog sitting in college and have been dog sitting for friends since then. I have had dogs my entire life and horses. I have also worked with senior dogs. I am currently a stay at home puppy momma to a rambunctious Bernedoodle so I am free most weekdays until 6. I am also available some weekends with prior discussions. I am happy to come to your house and play with your pup, feed them, give medications (if needed) and take them for walks. I would love to learn everything that makes your pet special!
About: My family has always been referred to as a farm. I know how to take care of of dogs, cats, turtles, snakes, and lizards. So I will take care of about anything you ask me too It gets me out of the house to take care of animals and I’ve always wanted to be a vet but for now this is as close as I can get. I’ve always had a passion of animals I always treat my animals with respect and I always read body language. I will always know if none of my animals are comfortable with what I’m doing and I’ll immediately stop. I treat them with love and respect always!
“I was super anxious to leave my fur babies for a week but Isabelle took such good care of them. I checked my petcams and they were happy and I really appreciated the daily report cards. I will definitely book Isabelle again because I know I can trust her to love and care for my "kids" and that means so much to me.”

About: I grew up in a rural Southern Utah farming town and helped with horses, cows, pigs, sheep, goats and chickens. As well as family pets, mostly dogs and cats with some bird and small mamal experience. I have experience in caring for animals with special needs and medical issues, and I'm comfortable administering most medication. I have genuine love and passion for animals that has followed me through life, and I'm excited to meet you and your best friend, fur baby, love of your life, pain in the butt, adventure buddy, etc. 💜 I have a 5 year old Corgi named Valkyrie, and a 16 year old Devon Rex cat called Muppet. They are both friendly, if not apathetic toward other animals and are very calm. Currently living in an apartment, so medium to small animals would work best for my home. In your home, your rules, and I'm ready to learn them so your pet is most comfortable and happy.
“Izabelle was great with my dogs- they were excited to see her and very well taken care of. She sent lots of pictures and updates. We had our plans change a bit and needed to adjust the times and she was more than accommodating- I will definitely use her services again!”

“Lexie was amazing and took such great care of our cats while we were gone! She gave us updates, sent photos, and put our mind at ease knowing our cats were in great hands. Thanks Lexie!”

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities, including Chihuahuas and Huskies. My responsibilities have included feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, playtime, walks, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I have also cared for multiple dogs at the same time and understand the importance of following each pet’s routine and needs. I work full-time, but I am available for dog walks and drop-in visits before and after work, as well as on many days off. I keep my Rover calendar updated and will communicate clearly about my availability to make sure your pet receives reliable care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I will care for them as if they were my own. I will follow all instructions provided, make sure pets have fresh water, food, exercise, and attention, and keep owners updated during visits. I am committed to creating a safe, caring, and stress-free experience for every pet.
“Lucero did a great job taking care of my cat while I was out of town. I also liked Lucero as a person - she is very nice and very reliable. Definitely will come back to her the next time I will need a sitter for my cat! Thank you so much!”
“Kaylee was so helpful! She was able to help us very last minute and she made sure to take excellent care of my babies. We will definitely be booking with her any time we need her assistance.”

About: I’ve been caring for cats for over 8 years and currently have cats of my own, including a Maine Coon and a Siberian. I have experience caring for cats after surgery, administering oral and eye medications, grooming, and trimming nails. I’m comfortable caring for shy, senior, energetic, and independent cats, and I provide attentive care including feeding, refreshing water, scooping litter boxes, playtime, and lots of love. As a cat owner myself, I understand how stressful it can be to leave your cat in someone else’s care. I know how important it is to find someone you trust who will treat your pet like family. I take the time to learn each cat’s unique personality and routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. After every visit, I’ll send photo updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your cat is happy, healthy, and receiving the best care possible. I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available for drop-in visits throughout the day and can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. Because I have a flexible work schedule, I can often adjust visit times to fit your cat’s routine and provide consistent care while you’re away. I understand that cats are happiest when they can stay in their own environment and maintain their normal routine. During each visit, I’ll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention based on their personality and comfort level. I’ll treat your home with respect, follow any care instructions carefully, and send photo updates after each visit so you can feel confident your cat is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I’m here to help with all the needs of your pet. I had a couple different pets during my life and I would love to help you out and provide all the extra care you need for your best friend. I don’t have a backyard but I have a HUGE park in front of my house and I am home all day (I’m a stay at home wife/mom) My kids (6yo and 7yo boys) are only at home during weekends so all the attention will be on your pet, but if it happens that they’re at home they also love pets and are used to have big dogs at home, they grew up with pets. Im currently a stay at home wife with a lot of free time to spend with your puppy. My biggest concern will be always the care of your pet. Right now I don’t have any pets in my home so that makes my house a completely safe environment for your pet. I don’t have a backyard but I have a huge park in front of my house where I can take your puppy on walks and play. I own the house so no restrictions about pets around here. And at your house I can help you feeding your pet, taking him/her to the groomer if needed, walking your pet and playing with him/her? I have my own house with lots of space in it. Everything will go accordingly with what we set up before for a fair price.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
