About: I used to help my family and friends take care of their cats and dogs when they don't have time. I used to take care of a homeless cat a few years ago. I plan to have a cat and small dog in the future. Pet care fits well into my current schedule. I am generally available in the afternoons and evenings on weekdays, which allows me to provide visits, drop-ins, or daycare at my home during those times. On weekends, I have a more flexible schedule and can accommodate a wider range of needs, including longer visits or extended care. I make sure to plan my day around the pets I’m caring for so they receive consistent attention, timely feeding, playtime, and any special care they may need. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet in my care, whether in my home or a client’s home. In my home, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, free of hazards, and comfortable. I supervise pets closely, keep a consistent routine for feeding and playtime, and provide a quiet area for rest. I only accept pets that are a good fit for the environment to ensure everyone stays safe and stress-free. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, routines, medications, and house rules. I respect the pet’s usual environment to minimize stress and keep their schedule as normal as possible. I also make sure doors, windows, and any outdoor access points are secure at all times. For both settings, I focus on building trust by providing regular updates, photos, and clear communication. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and well-being, so I can quickly respond if anything seems unusual.
About: I've had years of experience raising dogs of all breeds. My husband and I currently have a spoiled German Shepherd that we rescued who is basically our first kid. I offer more than just walks or feedings—I provide comfort, safety, and companionship. I love taking our dog to the local dog park so if that's something you're comfortable that is also included. I have experience working with puppies, senior dogs, and pups with special needs, including administering medications and adapting care routines as needed. My calm energy helps nervous or shy dogs feel at ease, and I always tailor my approach to match each dog’s unique personality. I also love taking videos and pictures to keep you updated and comforted while you're away from your fur baby. I work from home as a fulltime Artist, Painter and Illustrator. I run my own business so I make up my own schedule and have very flexible hours. My husband is in the Military so I love having extra company at home or out on walks. I have one friendly Shepherd who loves playing with other dogs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment tailored to their needs. In your home, I follow all instructions closely—feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and routines—so your pet feels relaxed and stress-free while you're away. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and always provide updates so you know your pet is happy and safe.
“Our family experienced a close loss of a friend. Andrea cared for our puppy like she was our family! We are beyond thankful for the time she spent with Leia so we could celebrate our friend’s life! Thank you!”

“Hannah has been amazing with my puppy! We have had to ask a lot of her including frequent visits because we are trying to keep our pup on a good potty training schedule! My dog seems to love Hannah and is always in perfect shape when we get home from work! We have already used Hannah a couple of times and will continue to rebook!”
About: I’ve taken care of my families dogs throughout the years and I’m a go to person when it comes to dog sitting and I’m very well trusted. I’m currently working part time at Target and I’m an on demand employee due to me being in college full-time! Weekends i’m wide open and weekdays i’m available in the mornings until 12 then not available again until after 5:15 I make sure they have a safe place to sleep and put their water and food bowl in a convenient place where they could easily get to it
About: I have had pets since I was born, and from age 5 I started to help withtheir care. I have always had a deep love for animals. I have had cats, dogs, guinea pigs, mice, rabbits, etc. I may not be a professional, however, I believe I am pretty knowledgeable about cats and dogs, their care, and some training. 3rd year in college, studying mathematics at WSU. I have had pets all my life back home and I lived them all sooo much. I am free most of days of the week in between my classes, good for drop ins and dog walks :) Lots of play, cuddle, excercise and attention. What ever the pet needs and wants, I try my best to fullfil. If they need to let out energy, let them play in the yard, if they need alone time, let them nap, etc. Lots of toys and enrichment activities, and lots of love.
“I think a Wren is a fantastic person. She was very accommodating with meeting Zeus and I. Zeus warmed up to her immediately. I instantly felt comfortable giving her the key to my house so she could care for Zeus while I was on vacation for 2 weeks. I will definitely be using her again for my future vacations. I esp appreciated the photos and mini updates while I was away. Much appreciated!”

About: Hi! I’m Paula, and animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up helping care for animals on my family’s farm in Colombia and later gained experience working in a veterinary clinic, which taught me how to safely handle animals, recognize when something isn’t quite right, and provide attentive care for pets with different needs and personalities. Today, I share my life with dogs of my own and understand how important it is to find someone you trust when you’re away. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers a quiet companion to stick to their routine, I adjust my care to fit what makes them happiest and most comfortable. I have experience with: • Puppies and high-energy dogs • Senior pets • Large breed dogs • Administering medications • Multi-pet households • Shy or anxious animals When I’m caring for your pet, communication is a priority. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how they’re doing. My goal is simple: I want your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive and consistent care for pets throughout the day. While I have a few work responsibilities that only require a couple of hours here and there, they don’t interfere with my ability to prioritize pet care. Additionally, while I do have dogs of my own, they are a shared responsibility within my household, meaning their care does not take away from my ability to fully focus on the pets I’m sitting. This flexibility allows me to accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and any special care needs without interruptions. Whether it’s an overnight stay, multiple visits a day, or drop-in check-ins, I ensure that pets stay on their normal routine and receive the attention they need while their owners are away. My priority is to ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I provide pet sitting exclusively in my client’s home, allowing pets to remain in their familiar environment, which helps reduce stress and maintain their routine. When caring for pets, I follow their specific schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any other special needs they may have. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day, adjusting my care to match their personality—whether they need extra playtime, gentle reassurance, or space to relax. Additionally, I respect my clients’ homes by keeping everything clean, securing doors and gates, and ensuring a tidy environment while they’re away. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel at ease knowing their pets are well cared for.
“Angel is truly the best. He took care of our two dogs and a visiting friend's dog, so we could all attend a surprise birthday party for my husband. We both always feel good knowing Angel is caring for our dogs. Highly recommend Angel.”
“We had the absolute pleasure of having Tabitha look after our cherished PussPuss while we were away, and we cannot sing her praises enough! From the very beginning, Tabitha demonstrated an unparalleled dedication and love for our furry family member that truly set our minds at ease. What stood out to us was not just the routine care but the genuine affection and time Tabitha invested. She went above and beyond every single day, ensuring PussPuss was not only fed and clean but also thoroughly entertained. Whether it was through engaging playtime, thoughtful cuddles, or simply talking to PussPuss, it was clear she was committed to making our beloved feel loved and comfortable in our absence. Tabitha’s communication was exemplary. She provided us with frequent updates that were not only informative but also heartwarming. The photos and videos she sent us were a source of joy and reassurance, showing PussPuss happy and content under her care. Furthermore, the video conference she arranged was beyond what we expected; seeing PussPuss respond to Tabitha’s voice and care firsthand was incredibly touching and a testament to the bond they had formed. The cleanliness and tidiness of our home upon our return also spoke volumes of Tabitha’s conscientiousness. It was clear she treated our home with respect, allowing us to come back to a serene and orderly space, with a happy PussPuss waiting for us. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tabitha for not just meeting but far exceeding our expectations. Her love, dedication, and the extra steps she took to ensure both PussPuss and we were happy and informed were truly remarkable. We wholeheartedly recommend Tabitha to any pet parent looking for someone who will treat their pet not just as a job but as a member of the family. Thank you, Tabitha, for everything. You have our deepest appreciation and utmost respect for the love and care you provided to PussPuss. We look forward to having you care for PussPuss again in the future!”

About: Throughout my life I've had 4 dogs. Currently I have two, with one being a 2-year-old pup I've been training ever since I adopted her and one that's pretty old and requires some special care. I used to work as a dog groomer for a business called Kendra's Grooming and I would watch her dogs when she went away with her family for vacation. For Kendra's Grooming I would bathe, dry, and hold dogs whenever needed. All of my classes are online currently for the summer and I'm open whatever day of the weekdays and Saturdays along with whatever time or for however long. So, I'm able to work whatever time is needed. I would be able to keep a constant eye on your pup, take them on however many walks you would want, and would be able to care for them in whatever way is needed. I've worked with animals with all sorts of personalities and in varying stages of health, so I can work with any form of animal, and I can accommodate for any of your pet's unique needs.
“Liza was referred by a sitter I’ve used in the past that I have great confidence in. Liza was flexible and easy to communicate with. I appreciated the updates she provided and could see that my kitty felt safe a comfortable in her care. Thanks Liza!”

“So many great things to say about this lovely person! As soon as Christina met my two boys they loved her! She has a way with connecting with them were they seem to trust her instantly. I always know my pups are in good hands when she's around. She is great at updating me as to when she'll be at my place, what her and the pups did that day, and giving them so much love and attention! I am so glad to have found her! By far the best dog Nanny, Odie and Louie has! Thank you, Christina ❤️”

“Qing is very organized, thorough and detail oriented! I had a family emergency and Qing is always the first and the best option I would consider for my cat who takes some time to warm up with strangers. Qing gave my cat the meds he needed and sent detailed notes with great updates. Highly recommend! I will only choose her to care for my pets! Ethan & Andy”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life ranging from small dogs such as my current dog Mochi, to large dogs. Being around animals especially dogs has always been something that I’ve enjoyed and have had lots of experience with growing up. My experiences range from the needs of puppies all the way to elderly dogs with their healthcare needs, which makes me more than willing to provide care for your pet. I’m currently available at all times for taking care of your dog during the day, coming by to check in and let your dog out for bathroom breaks, and taking them on walks. When walking your dog I’ll make sure they are well supervised and kept safe while also following any given instructions to ensure they have an enjoyable walk. For care at your home I’ll follow your pets regular routine and any specific needs or rules for them.
About: I have loved dogs my whole life but have never had one of my own. Because of this, I’ve become the go-to guy for all my friends’ dogsitting needs. I spent 2020 as a professional dog walker in Boston and fine tuned my skills at handling multiple dogs at a time. I have picked up training skills and also enjoy taking photos of my furry friends! Additionally, I have cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Every dog is different in how much attention or exercise they need and I’m always ready to adapt to best take care of them. I love getting to know dogs and their unique personalities and I hope I can get to know yours too! While I may be a dog person, I love all animals and have met my share of cool cats so please consider me to care for all kinds of fur babies. I’m currently caring for two golden doodles, Muffin & Brandy, for the summer. If you ask them, we have a great routine of food, sleep and play! I know every pet has specific needs and I am always looking to meet those so they can live their best lives. I’m capable of handling dogs with high energy levels or chill out with kitties that just want to snooze. I’m always vigilant as well since I know our pals can sometimes be sneaky.

About: I am a huge animal lover! I own a cat and dog of my own and have been responsible to take care of my family’s pets since I was young. I have done pet sitting since I was 14. I make sure doors are closed and environments are safe to play and have an animal in. My top priority is the animals safety at all times.

Alexis is a walking angel! Our old man pup was not happy when we left for the weekend and was sadly not kind to Alexis. Despite him warning her to go away, she refused to give up on him and did not want to leave us hanging. I appreciate her so much! She was great with communicating and it was so helpful when we worked together to make the weekend work for all involved. I’d love to use her again if our old man could apologize but for now I’m happy with making a new friend!

Bailey was great with my grumpy old big dog. Most people are scared of him, but she handled him like a pro and kept him calm the whole time. You can tell she really knows dogs and isn’t easily intimidated. I was super impressed and would definitely book her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
