Last, we human persons had lots of concerns about Jack to run past Michaela, and her communication and insights put us at ease. About: I have always had a love for animals my entire life, and I've been a pet sitter for over 20 years. I am taking new cat and dog clients as well as medical clients, and those that need fish or pocket pet feeding as well. I provide drop in visits, dog walks a few days per week, house sitting, and can provide medical visits giving insulin, fluids and oral medications. About: Hi! My name is Traci, and I’ve always had a deep love for animals. I believe pets are family, and I treat every dog in my care with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. I live in a pet-friendly home with a large, fully fenced backyard that is perfect for safe playtime and exercise. Whether your pup loves to run around, play fetch, or just bask in the sun, they’ll have plenty of space to enjoy themselves. I’m empathetic to animals’ needs and personalities—whether your dog is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I currently have a flexible working schedule, if your dog is in my care, I will be with them the entire time playing in the back yard, going on walks, and lots of scratches and cuddles. I have a 4 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/poodle mix, who loves meeting new friends and would love to keep your fur baby company. I have ten plus years caring for dogs I work part time so I have an open/flexible availability I can do drop ins, in home care at my house or yours as needed I have a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs with a large crate, I have reliable car transportation to drive to homes near by.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs nearly all of my life, ranging from puppies as young as six months to old seniors. I’ve worked with resource guarding, overly-affectionate, and the downright indifferent doggos, all of which I’ve enjoyed caring for. I’ll approach any dog with respect and kindness, as you should expect a caretaker to do! I have a relatively flexible schedule, allowing me to care for dogs during the week mondays through fridays. Anytime between 9 am and 8 pm is generally best, and I’m open to conversation for other dates and times if applicable. My current dog is crate trained, and before moving here to Washington State we lived with a very heavily resource guarded dog. I’ve overseen their play, both mild and rough, so I have experience with managing more aggressive dogs. Outside of that, physical affection and play is a must in my home and I’m more than willing to smell like dog at the end of the day if your dog likes to play!

About: I have had dogs all my life. After I moved out I raised a chocolate lab from 8 weeks old until he passed at 16 yrs. During that time frame I was also raising my Weimaraner at the same time! Both were high energy dogs (and Kaiser, my weim, still is). This has given me experience large breed, high energy dogs. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I am also no stranger to small dogs as I have also cared for my friends pomeranian. I am able to do drop ins before work, during lunch (depending on distanc), and after work. I am able to stay the night if necessary. My pets have full access to the house and are always well fed, cared for, and loved whether its play time or just hanging out watching TV.

About: I have over 10 years of professional animal care and veterinary experience, where I’ve tended to pets with all variations of personality and maintenance. While working as a lead at an animal boarding facility I gained many skills to support animals while stressed and away from their families. Every pet is treated like my own, and I earn their trust by respecting boundaries and accommodating every animal’s personal needs. I am an excellent nail trimmer/bather for cats and dogs who allow me to do so, and am able to pill most pets if needed. My life is centered around pet care, so the rest of my schedule shapes to that routine. The animals in my care come first before other engagements or plans. All items that could cause sensitivities in pets are kept clear of their reach, windows and doors stay closed to prevent walkabouts, animals remain leashed and under direct observation when outside. When several pets are together they are never left without supervision. I administer flea/tick treatment, bathe, trim nails, clean ears, and brush teeth for my personal pets on a schedule. Prescriptions are administered accurately, and individual food needs are met, such as allergies and prescription diets.

About: My experience with dog covers just about all fields there are. I spent 10+ years showing herding breeds in showmanship and obedience, often at the state level. This included all the required grooming and handling skills that comes with performing at a pro level. I also trained lessons at 4-H clubs once a week for 5 years. I helped teach kids how to teach their dogs and during that time I worked with dogs big and small. Fear aggressive and wild lab puppies. I continued my training at a local boarding facility where Ive been exposed to even more unique dogs. This facility specialized in dogs that needed special care or more technical help than regular boarding places could provide. Food aggressive malinois, elderly pitbulls that have specific medical needs and anxious poodles are all just a regular Tuesday for me. I'm always looking for a new experiences and a challenge! My goal is flexibility! Any day of the week, morning and night, I'm available. My work day starts late enough in the day for most if not all morning activities and I'm off perfectly on time for afternoon walkies. I've house sat for dozens of times. In my 10+ years of connection with 4-H, I've watched many members pets over the years. This included more unique animals like reptiles and birds all the way to a guinea pig barn. My goal is to keep everything as in routine as possible. Pets are already anxious when their parents leave so doing everything just like you do helps minimize any added stress. No such thing as too much information!
