About: I’ve had both dogs and cats throughout my life and have always taken pride in giving them the best care possible. Over the years, my love for animals has only grown—especially for cats. As I got older, that bond became even stronger, which eventually led me to having four cats of my own, all of whom I love deeply and care for like family. What sets me apart is my genuine connection with animals and my understanding of their unique personalities and needs. Whether it's keeping a shy cat comfortable, giving a senior pet extra patience, or just making sure every little detail is handled with care, I treat every pet as if they were my own. As someone who works from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of free time throughout the day and week to focus on pet care. My remote work is structured in a way that gives me the freedom to plan around pet visits and provide consistent, attentive care. Whether it’s morning check-ins, midday playtime, or evening visits, I’m able to accommodate a variety of needs and make sure your pet gets the time, love, and attention they deserve! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can create a calm, secure environment that feels familiar and stress-free. In your home, I respect your space and follow all instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, playtime, or keeping the litter box clean and tidy. I make sure pets feel safe and cared for, and I always keep you updated with regular check-ins and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. At my home, pets have a quiet, cat-friendly space where they can relax without stress or overcrowding. I’m mindful of keeping things clean, secure, and peaceful—especially for more sensitive or shy cats. My goal is always to treat your pet (and your home) with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

About: I am retired and have recently relocated to northern jersey. I am an avid animal lover. I have always had my own pets. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my fur baby of 13 1/2 years and am not quite ready to adopt at this time but sincerely miss having an animal in my life. I am helping to care for a dear friend’s cat and although truthfully I am more a "dog" person, I now find myself beginning to appreciate "cats”. Cats are really fascinating (and a lot different) than dogs. I believe that I am a person who you can trust with one of your most prized possessions, your "fur-babies". I love walking, so dog walking is a win win!! Drop in visits are also no problem!! Unfortunately. I am unable to offer pet sitting at this time. I love to walk and especially enjoy walking for a furry companion. Home visits for either dogs and cats are also something I enjoy doing. I am currently unavailable for pet sitting. However, I do prefer walking small or medium dogs and will give them the exercise and/or company they need.

My cat Miko is 15 years old and has a very nervous personality, so I was nervous about leaving Miko during my vacation, but I was able to be on vacation with peace of mind that Miko was being lovingly cared for. Maia reported her condition in detail every day and sent me lots of pictures. I would definitely leave my cat with Maia again in the future. She is the best sitter - kind, reliable and responsible! About: I’ve had dogs & cats my entire life. Your fur baby will be in good hands while you’re away. I am both dependable & reliable I’m currently not working, so my schedule is flexible. I can work around your schedule and I can be there when & if you need me. I currently have two indoor cats. I also have a fenced in yard. There is plenty of room for animals to play & run around.

About: Honestly, i just want to take give some love to some furbabies. I grew up having 2-4 dogs at home in the philippines. I value my pets as a family member. I recently move here in NJ for my job and i can’t bring my dog yet with me. I seriously miss my furbabies. I would love to take care of your dog and spoil them just like how i treat my furbabies. I only have 3 days work in a week. So i have time during my days off to do my passion in taking care of furbabies. I take care and treat my pets back at home as family member. I would walk them in the park, play with them and bring them to places that they will love.

About: Hi! I'm Eric, and I've been a dog lover all my life, I have experience helping my pets give birth to their offspring and feeding them with formulated milk at their earliest stage, and taking care of them to their senior years. I own two Shih Tzus named Piccolo and Didith. I often go to Van Saun Dog Park to give my own pets and other pet guests some exercise and feel the nature. My utmost priority is the SAFETY and COMFORT of my pet guests. Dog Boarding is overnight or 24hr. Stay. Doggy Day Care drop-offs are around 7-9 am, and pick-ups are around 4-6 pm. I am working online in the comfort of my home so they will not be alone and I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. Whenever I feed my pet guests, I separate them with baby fences, and during their playtime, I watch them closely to avoid any untoward incident.

About: I have had 4 large dogs in my adult life. My last 2 (bother & sister) are now over the bridge. They were trained to the point that they never needed a leash in most situations. I took them wherever I went. We did lots of outdoors. I have property upstate in NY also. Any dog is part of my life, my family. Happiest when they're around I am currently not working after dealing with an illness. However, I'm fine, fit and active. Nothing but time for hanging with any pets. Being without my own, I look forward to sharing my days with them. I have a fenced in yard right on a park with a large pond. Dogs can come & go as they please. I have lots of time to spend with them almost every day. If I have to leave the house I would take them with me.

About: I have had dogs and cats over the years and taken care of many others in addition to my own. I love animals and understand the importance of taking care of animals without spoiling them. I work full time but my hours are flexible and I'mm on a hybrid work schedule. I am available most Mondays all day, Tuesday - Thursday after 4pm and weekends with enough advance notice I do not plan on boarding dogs at this time. I am just signing up for walks but I need to fill out this section to continue

About: I have grown up with many kinds of animals. I dog sat 3 pitbulls multiple times and leash trained each of them. I trained all of my family pets. And I also worked at a veterinary hospital for 3 years and learned a lot about animal care. I work a full time job and go to school. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday after 5pm. On Wednesdays after 6:30pm. Any time on Sundays I do not provide services in my home due to a pet policy in my complex. But I am available for services in your home. I can follow a schedule to fit your pets needs and provide them with lots of of and care.

About: Hi! I'm Paul and I'm a 32 year old father and homeowner in Dumont. For the past few years I have been watching and caring for my friends dogs' whenever they go on vacation and loved it, so discovering Rover felt like a natural fit. In addition to watching my friends and families dogs on vacations, I've been caring for my own dogs growing up and as an adult for over 20 years now. I have a large, fenced in yard for running around and playing, along with friendly dog owning neighbors! We also have a big open field and walking path down the street. I'm home all throughout the week, and available for weekends and overnights as well. Luckily, my schedule is flexible and allows me plenty of time to spend with your pup! I work remotely from home which allows me the time to take your dog for walks and give them attention they need throughout the day. I have a large, fenced in yard that gives dogs plenty of room to exore and run around. I also have experience with crate training if needed.

About: I have been training pats for over 10 years , from rescues, fostering, as well as training I specialize in all for your fur baby . I currently am fully dedicated to taking care of your furry friends. Whether it’s for a short walk or for a long period of time . I’m also expended with training and grooming upon request I have a full fenced yard dedicated for your fur baby .
