“Emma was such a a amazing sitter! Great communication before and during the boyos' stay. Easy dropoff & pickup. The boyos were happy when we picked them up, which is rare! So excited to find someone close by I can trust. Looking forward to booking again. Thank you, Emma!!”

“Catherine was quick to take in Cub and help us. She asked a few questions so she knows how to take better care of Cub which we truly appreciate. She’s responsive and was flexible with the drop-off and pick-up as traffic can be unpredictable. She was attentive to Cub’s needs and made sure to take him with her for walks to the park — even to a cafe. Her baby Cashew is a sweet dog who welcomed Cub in their home warmly. She definitely understands dogs and love them. We are satisfied and are confident with Catherine’s care and would book her again to care for Cub. Thanks so much for, Catherine, for everything!”

About: My dogs are my babies. I love them with all my heart. I know that you feel the same way about your dog, and I will treat them with the love and respect they deserve. I work from home, so your dog will never be without a playmate or a supervisor. My older dog, Charlie, has a lot of medical problems, so I am comfortable monitoring symptoms and giving pills. My younger dog, Otis, has lots of energy and needs both mental and physical stimulation to stay happy, so I'm used to dealing with lots of craziness at home. Dogs are allowed on the furniture at my house, and both of my dogs enjoy being around other dogs, so it's basically a party at my house! Your pup will be ready for pick up tired, happy, and safe. Both of my dogs are rescues, which means I am familiar with watching and understanding body language, giving dogs space when they need it, and helping dogs come out of their shells. I am a dog person through and through! I'd love to take care of your dog. I work from home with a large, fenced backyard so the dogs are allowed to go inside and outside as often as they please. I am able to step away from work frequently to play with the dogs in the backyard or snuggle with pups during meetings. I have a fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I also use Rover and I love getting photos and videos of my dogs, so I will make sure to do the same for you!

About: Hi! I’m Dana—a lifelong dog lover with over a decade of experience caring for pups of all sizes and temperaments. After moving from Michigan to New Jersey in 2012, I built a peaceful, pet-friendly home with a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and lounging. 🐾 Why Pet Parents Book with Me: I work from home full-time, so your dog gets near-constant attention and care Daily 1-mile neighborhood walks—rain or shine Safe, clean home with a secure backyard for supervised outdoor time I treat every dog like family—no crates unless requested Available for boarding, daycare, and drop-ins Experienced with senior dogs and pups with special needs Before your dog’s stay, I offer a free meet-and-greet (schedule permitting) to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition for everyone. I have two sweet Yorkie mixes—Duke (14) and Ben (13)—so it's important that your dog is comfortable around other calm, friendly pups. I also collect emergency contact and veterinary information up front, so your dog’s health and safety are always prioritized. Your dog will be in loving, capable hands while you're away—and I’ll send plenty of photo and video updates to keep you connected. 📩 Message me anytime—I’d love to meet you and your furry companion! Since I work from home, my dogs are truly part of my everyday life. We have a nice rhythm—regular meals, daily walks, and lots of play and cuddle breaks in between work tasks. I love having them close while I go about my day, and I make it a point to give them attention, interaction, and mental stimulation throughout. When I do need to step out, it’s usually for a quick errand, and I always make sure they’re settled and content before I go. Working from home gives me the flexibility to be present and attentive—so your pup will get the same loving care as my own. When I care for someone else’s dog, I treat them just like I would my own—with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. My goal is always to make your pup feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Here’s what I focus on: Safe, stress-free environment – I adjust my space and routines to fit each dog’s personality and comfort level. Consistent feeding & routines – I closely follow your feeding schedule and any special instructions, so your dog stays happy and healthy. Personalized care – Whether it’s giving extra belly rubs, administering medication, or sticking to familiar routines, I tailor my care to what works best for your dog. Clear, open communication is also important to me—I’ll keep you updated so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands.

“Ilda was amazing! She was incredibly thoughtful and provided me with regular updates on my dog. Highly recommend!”

About: Let's start with my mother was a VET in her home country of DR. Her love for animals transferred to her kids and we have had pets since I was 1. From rabbits to different type of dogs, chickens etc. you name it. This year I'm taking off from the Corporate World and have plenty of time to take of your precious kids.:) They might come back more spoiled. I do own a British Shorthair so please communicate with me if your pet does not like other pets or cats. I'm currently not working and have plenty of time needed to dedicate to taking care of your pet. I'm super attentive , organized and responsible. I would not leave your pet unattended and they might come back super spoiled. I have a backyard for your dog and cat (if they like outside) to run free and roam. We have a gate that will keep them inside. The New Milford area is lovely and they're going to love walking around the neighborhood. They're also free to roam the house as I do not believe in keeping pets in cages. Please do let me know if they have any issues with using the bathroom.

“Cheryl & Elmar are amazing! Great and trustworthy with my little guy, Caico! He had tons of fun with their dog Oreo. They are super attentive and provided plenty of updates during his daycare stay. I truly recommend them to take care of your furry one. We will definitely be going back to them again!”

“Craig was the first ever dog sitter from Rover that I’ve used. If all goes well I’m really hoping he’s the only one I ever have to use. He was extremely knowledgeable about dogs, actually enjoyed being with my dog (which is the most important to me), kept me updated, and when I picked my pup up, he was happy and easily jumped right back into routine. I would recommend Craig over & over again!”

“Eric was very helpful. He kept posting pics and was available and responsive when I asked about my dog. My dog ran out of food and he was so kind to put effort and buy him his favorite food.. Overall my experience was great and I highly recommend him.”

“My Georgie was taken cared for to perfection by Paul and his family. I feel confident to go on day or multiple day trips from now on.”

About: From the day I was born, there were dogs by my side. Having grown up in a home with dogs, then to getting a dog of my own in my own home, I absolutely love these four legged humans. Dogs have become my source of happiness and joy and would love to help when you need! I have a 3 and a half year old Rat Terrier Beagle mix who loves to have a buddy to play with. We go on walks, have a back yard for fetch and tug of war, and a comfy couch for naps. Your dog will feel right at home. I work from home 5 days a week. I am very active and love going for walks and being outdoors. Making sure dogs are getting the appropriate exercise and attention is super important to me! I have a fenced in backyard with space for your dog to run around. I am very capable of leashing walking and am able to handle any kind of distraction your dog may have.

About: My pet care experience began with family dogs growing up, but having a dog as an adult taught me it’s a full-time commitment. My husband and I tag-team care for our pup—we love training, playing, and making sure her days are active and enriching. I’m very patient, observant, and *always* make time for play, walks, and a bit of training. I treat every dog like they’re my own. I work from home full-time, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. My husband also works from home 1–2 times a week, so there’s usually someone around to keep your pup company. Our flexible schedules allow for regular walks, playtime, and a consistent routine that helps pets feel secure and cared for. I care for one dog at a time to ensure they get my full attention. We live in a spacious, ground-floor apartment in a quiet suburban neighborhood—perfect for calm, pleasant walks. When staying at a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all house rules to keep their pet comfortable and their home cared for.

“If you're a real cat person like me, you're certain that nobody can love or care for your cats the way you do... until you meet Lorena. She is so sweet and so kind with all types of animals, and on top of that she's a pleasure to work with, always responsible, communicative, and reliable. I have multiple cats with completely different personalities, and Lorena takes the time to give them each exactly what they need, by engaging in play or being affectionate or just patiently comforting them when they're being shy. She sends adorable pictures and videos along with updates to let me know how they're all doing, and she's very attentive to their well-being, alerting me right away if they show any concerning behavior. I've never felt more peace of mind when I travel than when Lorena is taking care of my kitties. I can't recommend her highly enough! She is absolutely the BEST ❤️”

Viveca S.
“We have two dogs—Sansa, who’s outgoing and full of energy, and Skye, who is much more introverted and cautious around new people. From the very beginning, Bianca showed incredible patience, empathy, and understanding of their different personalities. She instantly connected with Sansa, who took to her right away. But what really stood out was how gently and respectfully Bianca approached Skye. She never rushed or forced interactions, allowing Skye to open up at her own pace. Over time, we watched Skye slowly warm up to her and by the end of their stay, Skye was seeking her out for cuddles and playtime. That kind of trust doesn’t come easily, and it meant the world to us. Bianca kept us updated with thoughtful messages and adorable photos, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear she genuinely loves and understands dogs, and treats them like her own. We can’t recommend Bianca highly enough. She’s not just a dog sitter; she’s a trusted part of our pack.”
