About: Hi, I'm Jasmin and I'd love to be your trusted pet sitter! I’ve had always pets since I was little from dog to ferret and from cat to pot-belly pig. I used to be an assistant at a organic farm with farm animals back in Germany and for many years I volunteered in a animal shelter when I was a teenager. My parents love pets so I learned a lot when I was younger and it gave me the knowledge that I can add to my own pet experience that I have now as an adult. I have dachshund we adopted locally, a cat that we adopted from Mauritius 7 years ago and 3 guinea pigs that yea, we adopted locally as well. As you read, we moved from Germany to Michigan and soon I would figure that finding a liable Pet Sitter wouldn't be the easiest task, especially after I had a very poor experience with one of our guinea pigs, so I joined Rover. Through my own experience finding a liable and trustful Pet Sitter I totally understand what you as a Pet Parent are looking for. I offer day care, boarding, drop-ins, house sittings and walks. No matter what you're looking for, I'm here to help. I currently work minimal and flexible hours so I have plenty of free time to take care of pets and be able to communicate regularly. Communication is the key and to establish trust I would like to meet you and your pet before you leave, if possible. While taking care of your pet, I'll send text updates with lots of photos so you'll have no worries and know your pet is in good hands and doing well! Because that's what matters the most!

About: I grew up with several dogs and cats in the family home. I have raised and trained a Doberman, so I know what it takes to teach them obedience and the importance of consistency. I love animals so much, they bring me so much joy. Fun fact: when I was a little girl I wanted to be a veterinarian. I feel that I have a special connection with animals; they are usually naturally drawn to me. I didn’t pursue a career as a veterinarian because I had other interests. I currently don’t have any animals because I enjoy the flexibility. I would love to take care of your animals and treat them with extra special care. I am currently working part time and would have the time to care for your pet(s) after work or on my days off. I currently work a 2-3 days a week and am available by the afternoons on the days I am working. I typically pet sit in the owners home. I find that is more comfortable for them. I am not currently able to have pets where I live.

I do this by moving confidently, but not quickly. I don’t make loud noises and I make sure your pet knows where I am. It’s important to me that they don’t think I’m trying to sneak around and to make sure they feel included with whatever I’m doing around their own environment. I give them space and don’t try to force any affection from them. If they want pets, I trust they will ask for them!
