“I can’t express what a relief it was finding Shannon! She even swung bye last min for a meet and greet to which really helped put mind at ease. Shannon certainly has a way with animals. Immediately she was on the floor playing with our lovable needy cat who requires A LOT of attention. Not only does she spend the entire time stimulating, loving on but she brings her own bag of toys, that our cat Bells just went CRAZY for ?. It was like they had their little own routine, water from the sink (sometime though bells was too excited and wanted to get right to it) ?, spa time, ect. My husband returned prior to me and he said, bells has Never felt so soft! He said, for days Bells asked about Shannon’s little blue grooming glove ?… needless to say say we ordered one. Not only was Shannon epic with our furbaby but she also helped care for our 2 llama boys and 2 miniature Herefords. We really struck gold with Shannon and will forever be grateful! Such a relief knowing we found our person we can trust and know everything is being taken care of just the way I’d do it if not better!”

“My boys aren't always easy for people to handle, but Poeta seems to have the magic touch. Something about her has an immediate effect on them, as soon as she enters the room they know the boss is there and act accordingly. She has a way of really working them the whole time so they are absolutely drained by the time she is done exercising them. She is gentle as a lamb but can be plenty firm when they need a little "act right", and they often do. She is very communicative about how she thinks they should be taken care of but always runs new techniques and ideas by me. I have put MANY hours into training them myself, and I have done a pretty nice job of it, but she has been able to get them to a whole new level. I won't trust my boys to anyone else but her!”

About: I am an absolute lover of all animals. A shar pei named Maggie was my very first best friend. I then grew up with a golden labrador retriever named Ruby, who I was blessed to spend her entire lifetime with. I then helped raise and train a golden labrador retriever puppy, Moo Moo. I spent 5 years caring for a sweet senior cattle-dog, Lela. In 2023, I worked on a ranch where I helped care for cats, dogs, donkeys, hedgehogs, ducks, emus, and an ostrich. I've had the joy of loving several cats throughout my life, and my current two babies, wild kitten-rescues, are Luna and Stripey - both nap-loving, gray and brown domestic shorthairs with sea-foam green eyes. Over the past year, I've pet-sit for several friends at their homes in Austin, L.A., Vegas, and Oahu. I cared for up to 4 dogs as well as 2 cats at a time, for 3-14 day periods; This included puppies, adults, and seniors - and 5 animals with different special needs! While I love my cats, I am having major dog-withdrawals, and would love to shower yours in love and care while you are unable to! I work as a barista part-time, usually Thursday-Sunday mornings (off at 2:30 pm). On those days, I have the rest of the afternoons and evenings free to care for your pet! I usually have open availability Monday-Wednesday morning, afternoon and evening. I am a loving, attentive, and observant caregiver, always ensuring your pet is happy, healthy, and has every possible need met, as well as their anxiety and loneliness lessened while you're away.

About: We were born animal lovers. We have grown up with dogs and cats our whole life. They ranged from small shih tzu --- labs. I currently have a 8 year old Labradoodle who is a ball of energy and is fun loving as well and an 1.5 year old doodle. Animal MUST be friendly with other animals! I respect the needs that dogs have to have.I take them on walks every evening & restroom breaks are frequent. I have a fenced in yard, great for the animals to run around in as well as a doggy door. I normally go to their preference. If your animal needs accommodations I can definitely do so.. My husband & I work remote, which allows us to be more attentive to the animals as well as have all weekends at home . I feed the dogs normally right when I wake up and take them on a morning stroll as well as in the afternoon. We do have a doggy door that the pups love. For animals that don’t use the door, I try to let them out every 3 hours for a restroom break. I do allow the dogs to roam free, sleep on the couch & beds. As well as crate our puppy still. Every pup is given love in our home. I try to make it at comfortable for the dogs as possible because I know being in a new spot can be challenging. In terms of watching dogs in others home, I try to go visit the dog 3-4 times a day, walk and feed. Accommodating to any specific preferences!
