About: I’ve grown up around cats and currently live with four of my own, so caring for them has always been a big part of my everyday life! Over the years, I’ve been a caregiver for cats of all ages and backgrounds, and I’ve gained a lot of experience working with different personalities and needs. About: I got two lovely little kittens when I was just 8 years old and gained full responsibility of one of them at 10. This included cleaning her litter box regularly, feeding and watering her, and making sure she got lots of love! The picture shown is with my current baby Chief who I adore (so much that I included him in my senior photos!), I love teaching him tricks and taking so many pictures of him he's the cutest! My baby has had tummy issues in the past which I pushed to get him to the vet, my little skinny baby was eating everything in his sight then throwing it up! For some reason I can come up with a new song for every animal or situation and I can turn every existing song into a song about an animal. Animals are the best. I love nature and animals, so this app seems like a wonderful way to make new furry or non-furry friends. 🥰 I have a ton of experience getting to know animals to make new friends, soothing them by singing to them and speaking to them in a high, funny voice. About: I've had numerous dogs throughout my life, and always enjoy caring for and playing with my friends/neighbors' dogs when they are out of town or whatever. I naturally tend to engage with the pet by playing with them, petting them and talking to them in Dog, which is occasionally confusing to them but always entertaining, both to me and them in my experience. I also speak Cat, but I'm not quite as fluent with that one. Being essentially retired, my schedule is fairly open. I do care for my elderly neighbor twice a day by visiting him and making sure he takes his meds, but I can pass that off to another neighbor for a bit when necessary. My dog passed about 9 months ago, so my house if fully dog-friendly. There are no other animals for your pet to play with, but if yours tends to get cranky with other animals, maybe that's a good thing. I miss my furry girl, so I can tell you your pet would get plenty of attention. Unless they tell me in dog that they just want to chill, I can be cool and aloof with them if they request it (with some effort) :)

About: Time and love! Recently retired with nothing but time and excitement to care for others’ beloved pets, especially because I don’t currently have any of my own. I have a large, fenced in backyard in the quiet hill country. There is a lovely trail for taking walks, and I love to take the pups for rides in the car! My earliest memories consist of watching and helping my dog give birth and raise 10 puppies when I was 4 years old. Volunteering at the Austin Animal Center as a teenager was a natural step in my love for animals. I walked the small dogs outside for bathroom breaks and playtime while keeping puppies occupied when their crates were getting cleaned. I also walked the large dogs from their suites to the group play area and supervised multiple large dogs’ interactions. My friends have been trusting me to care for their animals and homes for 7 years now, and I have absolutely loved it! My experience ranges from small dogs to big dogs, puppies to seniors, and I have administered oral medication numerous times. The longest I have house sat was a week straight and the most animals I have cared for at a time is 4. I can’t wait to meet you and your babies❤️ I am currently working part time as a babysitter so I have a lot of availability for walks, feeds, hangouts, play, and cuddles! I am available seven days a week for feedings, walks, and daytime care starting at 10:30 am and into the night. For housesitting visits, I can come and stay at your house Friday night, Saturday night, and holidays for overnight care. First of all, I respect, follow, and complete all written or spoken directions on how to care for your pet and take care of your house. A typical sitting appointment for me is being there to provide food/water, frequent bathroom breaks, outside play, inside play (if given permission), a walk around the neighborhood (if requested), and a movie night with unlimited cuddles 🥰. About: I’ve had pets for over 40 yrs. That included Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Potbelly Pig. I’ve always been that person that will talk to every animal I see. I’ve had my own cat & dog for 23 years total. I have experience with behavioral issues & Medical. I recently lost my soul dog whom had lots of training for behavior quirks & also vitamins/meds for medical issues as well. Whether your companion is young or old, healthy or sick I guarantee I will take the best care of them. I have worked from home for years but am currently transitioning out of a career. Therefore I’m able to keep my availability very flexible & open. As a former Rover user, I know how hard it can be to find, trust, & like someone looking after your pet. Safety is #1, making sure directions are followed is key! I want them and you to be comfortable at all times.
About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and the occasional chicken :) I worked as a kennel technician at a veterinary clinic in high school and as a veterinary technician during my undergraduate degree so I have TONS of experience with dogs and cats, both at home and in medical environments. As a veterinary student, I absolutely love animals and want to provide the best care possible! As a vet student, I am mostly available on weekends but the occasional weekday. I am able to pet-sit, go on walks, and host animals at my house (mostly on weekends) I have an outdoor patio area for leash walks and potty breaks. As a veterinary student, I have experience working with all types of animals. I am observant and attentive to their various needs so they stay safe and comfortable!
About: I’ve always had dogs growing up and absolutely love being around them! Recently had to put our dog down so looking for a furry friend! I’m currently working part time so I have a lot of free time in my hands and a pretty flexible schedule as well which helps. At my house I have a fenced in yard that is a big size and also willing to go to your house as well. Want the animals to feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
