About: I've had mostly small dogs throughout my life. I got my first dog off my own when I was 8. I also have experience larger dogs as well as senior dogs. I have a very open schedule and can work odd hours. I have a car and can reliably commute to different locations or a veterinarians office in case of emergency. About: I’ve have experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have four cats in my home, all healthy adults of 5 years and up that I raised from kittens. Before them, I had a cat for 16 years and a beagle for nine years. As a child, we had multiple dogs and cats. I don’t think there has ever been a time when I haven’t had at least one pet. I’m currently unemployed after being laid off so my schedule is very open and flexible nearly every day. Same day appointments are also an option most days. I currently live in an apartment with my cats. Since it is a smaller space than I would like I put lots of climbing objects on the wall and scratching posts they can climb up. I also make sure to play with them at least once a day and I have backpacks I can carry them outside in. Though I don’t currently have a dog, I have also owned a handful of them in my life and love them. I just wish I had the space for one now.
