About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have two dogs named Bailey and Henry. They are 8 and 10 years old. I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs. I always watch my friends dogs when they go out of town. I have experience with giving medications such as pills or eardrops. I am comfortable around dogs of all sizes and all breeds. I work from home so I am able to do drop-in visits at any point of the day or nights during the week or weekend. I have two large dogs of my own, so I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I will care for your dog by letting them outside if you have a fenced in yard, walking them, playing with them if they enjoy ball or tug, giving any medication’s needed, and filling their food and water.

About: I've had cats for over 20 years, all of my adult life. I'm an expert at giving medications. I've also owned small and medium sized dogs. I subscribe to positive reinforcement training. I am independently bonded and insured. Please request more info if needed. I live in the heart of Dormont. Have experience with cats and small/medium dogs. I drive so no issues with transportation. My availability is open! I prefer to watch your pet(s) in your home. If you leave me a schedule, including food, treats, play, and walk times, I will stick to that precisely. I feel that pets not only need a routine, but they do much better in their own environment. If there's an emergency, I will be able to bring them to my home. Obviously communication will be key, and this is only for extenuating circumstances (if I feel they are unsafe due to unforeseen situations). My goal is to continue their established routine, so when you come home, there will be a smooth transition.

About: I’m not just someone who “likes dogs”. I grew up with a Golden Retriever, and I’ve taken care of many other breeds. I understand firsthand the daily care, attention, and love dogs truly need. From puppy energy to senior comfort, I’ve been around it all. I’ve also cared for larger, strong-willed breeds like a Rhodesian Ridgebacks and cane corsos…so I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. Whether your dog needs structure, patience, or just someone who can match their energy, I adapt to what they need. I treat every dog like they’re my own. I pay attention to routines, behavior changes, and making sure they feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I work Night Shift at the VA Medical Center as a certified nursing assistant. For your pet’s sake, it is most beneficial for both of us that you book as far in advance as possible so that I can create my weekly schedule around your pets needs. I prefer not to board your animals at my apartment. This is because of a strict policy that my landlord maintains.While I am taking care of your pets at your home, I will check in on them as frequently as you need me to in regards to their care schedule—i.e. feeds and bathroom brakes throughout the day.

About: As someone who is always trying to live vicariously through dog owners, I have been a reliable and eager puppy and cat sitter since I was young - for friends, coworkers, neighbors, and extended family. I have experience and am comfortable feeding and exercising large and small dogs, puppies and seniors. I have always had cats, and have plenty of experience with administering oral medicines and asthma treatment. I am comfortable with cleaning messes, longterm stays, overnights, and honestly whatever else is needed during your time away. I would love to send pictures and updates of your pets as much as you would like them - your pets become main characters in my life within minutes of meeting them! I am your introverted, nurturing childless millennial that treats every animal with endless attention and love. As a speech-language pathologist, I also think that understanding animal communication and respecting boundaries are key. If your pet is showing me they need space, I will listen to them and make sure they are well fed, their needs are met and a soft presence is near. If they are showing me that they need more love and attention, I will stay and give them more love and attention! I can’t wait to meet your furry family. Right now, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I’m a teacher on summer break and transitioning into a teletherapy position, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the day. I believe pets are happiest when their routines stay as consistent as possible, so I make it a priority to learn each pet’s normal schedule, preferences, personality, and needs before their owner leaves. In a client’s home, I carefully follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes and outdoor areas as needed, administer medications when required, and make sure pets receive the exercise, enrichment, affection, and companionship they have when you’re home. I pay close attention to body language, behavior changes, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being. As a speech-language pathologist, communication is a big part of my professional life, and I bring that same attentiveness to the animals in my care. I believe good pet care means respecting boundaries, recognizing needs, and responding appropriately to what an animal is communicating. I also love sending photos and updates, because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is always to provide a safe, calm, loving environment and to care for your pets the same way I would hope someone would care for my own.

“It was our first time using Rover and Lindsey was an excellent companion and dog walker for our pit bull mix! Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! Lindsey very concerned and asked for our advice when our dog wasn't eating much food when we initially left. We appreciated her initiative. When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. About: I limit the number of pets so they get personalized love and attention. From shy senior cats to high-energy puppies, I have had and worked with all ages and needs. I provide frequent updates catered to the owner’s request. I like to build trust through consistence and long-term relationships so your pet sees a familiar face and is happy. I am retiring from teaching and will have a part time work-from-home job and will have plenty of time for love and cuddles with your pets. I walk several times a day so your dog (or walking cat), gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced in covered patio so they get plenty of fresh air! Again, I walk several times a day, have a park at the end of my road, I have a fenced in patio and there is a dog park within walking distance of my home. If they ride well in a car, I will take them to a big park for walks and dog park socialization. I have had dogs since I was born and cats all of my adult life. I have watched many animals for friends, families, neighbors, etc. I have had rabbits, turtles, fish, iguanas as well. I have a special place in my heart for animals.

About: I am a current kennel attendant at Camp Bow Wow and a volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue for many years! I have plenty of experience with all ages and breeds of animals! I am completely available outside of my doggie daycare schedule! It does change weekly, but I don’t mind squeezing your pets into my schedule! I am very well educated on the love and care that our furbabies need to thrive! I pride myself in my commitment to building a trust filled relationship with every animal I come across!
