About: Hello there, I am a certified Veterinary technician, I have been in wildlife and small animal care for the past 14 years while dog sitting on the side. I am new to the Pittsburgh area and looking to find new clients! My previous experience includes zookeeping and wildlife rehabilitation in the Boston area for 7 years and then working for a professional dog sitting/hiking company in Medford MA for another 5 years. I moved to Pittsburgh to get my CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician license) in 2024, and now work at a lovely little small animal clinic. I am well versed in animals with complex medication/therapy needs, such as insulin administration and exacting medication timing requirements. I am also very experienced with exotics, particularly birds. I work full time Monday-Friday so I am primarily seeking weekend and holiday pet-sitting arrangements.
