Great communication and took great care of our pups while we were away. It was so nice to not be worried about them while away because we knew they were in great hands! Will book again for sure!
Matthew did an excellent job taking care of my cat while I was away for a weekend. The cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots every 12 hours. Matthew came promptly at the scheduled times. I was glad while I was away that I didn’t need to worry about my cat. Everything was done according to the instructions I left.
Matt watched our two Frenchies while away for an international trip and did a wonderful job caring them and our house. Matt was left detailed instructions on the dogs’ and broader home care and followed instructions to a T. Not only did Matt take excellent care of our dogs, but he left our home in excellent condition - maybe even cleaner than when we left! Matt also came prepared to care for the dogs with his own sleeping bag and pillows. We would recommend Matt to anyone with pets - he is respectful, highly communicative, compassionate, good natured, and appears to have a genuine love of animals.
This is the second time I have used Matthew for 3visits per day for my dog. Teddy was well taken care of. I received regular updates and photos. The sessions started off with Teddy setting off the security system. as Matthew arrived ! He handled it well. We have Matthew booked for several more times over the next few months. I highly recommend him
Matthew was attentive, punctual, informative and very easy to work with. During my trip I never wondered if my kitties were taken care of. If you’re going out of town and need a dependable sitter for your pets, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I’m incredibly pleased with Matthew’s help with our dogs as a regular customer (three times per week). He’s always on time and he’s very attentive as he follows our instructions exactly as we’ve asked. He does great with our very anxious and sometimes reactive dog. I cannot recommend him enough.
