About: I’ve taken care of small animals since I was a kid. I was always the student who volunteered to take the class pet home for extended breaks from school. Some of the animals I cared for included leopard geckos, hamsters, and Guinea pigs! About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. About: I’ve owned dogs for 30 years, including an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I have firsthand experience caring for medically complex, high-maintenance dogs and understand the patience, attention, and consistency they need. After recently losing my Frenchie, I miss being around dogs, but I am not ready to own another one yet. I’d give your dog dependable, attentive care while enjoying their company. I’m retired, so my schedule is flexible. I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, companionship, and care they need. Pet care will easily fit into my daily and weekly routine. I’m also available during weekdays, when many pet owners are at work. In my home, dogs are family and welcome throughout the house. We have a securely fenced yard and a gated porch for safe outdoor time. I can crate your dog if that is part of their normal routine, or they are welcome to sleep in a bed if preferred.
