About: With 3 fur babies of my own, being a cat caretaker for friends and family, and previous experience working alongside my college town cat rescue, I've learned and gained a wealth of knowledge over the past 5+ years. I personally keep my babies on a feeding schedule, including bedtime and treats. Their litter boxes are cleaned once a day and their personal room is vacuumed two to three times a week. I do my best to dedicate 30-40 minutes of play time a day with them, if they are willing to engage. Sometimes, they prefer to snuggle and that's never something I'll turn down. I take pride in the fact that I am well educated in animal behavior and recognizing body language signals, which I heavily take into account when caring for a new friend. About: I’ve taken care of small animals since I was a kid. I was always the student who volunteered to take the class pet home for extended breaks from school. Some of the animals I cared for included leopard geckos, hamsters, and Guinea pigs! About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I often pet sit my friends and families dogs and cats and even guinea pigs and geckos. I have been working through Rover as a pet sitter for about four years and I hope to meet many more of your little critters! I absolutely adore animals so I will do my best to treat yours with as much care as I have. This is my full time job so I will be available for all of my listed services every day of the week from 8 am - 10 pm preferably in day light hours. I am very flexible with my hours so I can prioritize your schedule. While walking your pet I will remain vigilant to ensure its safety. I will follow any rules/instructions given to me such as how/if to interact with other people/animals.

Between over 20 years of pet ownership experience and having worked as a veterinary technician for 9 years, I understand that pets are family and deserve attentive, compassionate care when their owners are away. Whether your pet needs early morning visits, afternoon check-ins, evening care, medication administration, or a customized routine, I am happy to work with you to meet your pet's individual needs and your preferred schedule. My goal is to provide dependable, personalized care that fits seamlessly into your pet's daily routine. I cannot bring furry animals to our home as I have an older, reactive dog. If you give me instructions, I will make sure I meet their needs because every pet is different.

I’m a junior in college who absolutely adores dogs and also happens to want to make money for tuition😂 For the summer : *for house sitting, Im available every day but on weekdays I would need to leave from 4:30-7 to go to work. Mon-Thurs: any time up until 3:30pm or after 7pm Fri, Sat, Sun : free all day I am super flexible! During the summer I have a very open schedule - so we can work around it more. Once I start school again I’ll update my availability! I will treat your animals with the care, love, and respect they deserve. Everything I do, I put 110% into, and I’ll make sure your pups feel loved! I always make sure to check if there’s ever notes from the client, get the important things done (like meds, food, necessary walks/bathroom) and then be able to focus on playtime or whatever your pup wants!

I recently said goodbye to my beloved Pit Bull, Bia. She was my world, and I want to treat your pup with the same devotion, patience, and affection that I gave to her. My fiancée, Lauren, and I have her two dogs 2 weeks out of the month and they are great with other dogs and love to make friends! I work from home during the day and am a dance teacher in the evening. Between the two of us we have flexibility most of the day for house visits, walks, boarding, and daycare! These two watched my bulldog Frank and did an amazing job. Cared about all my concerns and over protective dog dad issues.
