“There is no rating high enough for Sarah. From pre-booking to the home visit, to watching our home and our fur babies while we were on vacation, Sarah was amazing. Her situation was unique that in addition to taking care of our adult cats, we asked her to take care of a (somewhat friendly) mama cat and her 5 week old kittens. Sarah graciously offered her time for 24/7 care. And of course, just when we thought all was going smoothly, a hornet appeared in our finished basement which is unusual. This is where mama and babies are located. Then another one appeared - VERY unusual. When the third one appeared, not so far from the kittens, Sarah sprang into action and, together, we figured out a safe solution to draw any potential bees inside the home to outside the home. Sarah was a real trooper and took care of the home and pets like they were her own. No more bees appeared and life returned to “normal”. Well, as normal as can be for a home with cats and kittens. I can vouch for Sarah and she will be our first choice for future house and pet care needs. Sarah is friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator and our fur babies loved her.”

Lindsey was a fabulous pet sitter for our two dogs and cat! This was our first time using Rover, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Lindsey was professional, attentive, detail-oriented, and truly treated our pets like they were her own. She spent lots of time with them inside and outside, took them on nice walks, and kept us updated throughout our trip with photos and videos that alleviated our worries. They didn’t seem to miss us at all when we got home! Would recommend Lindsey to anyone looking for someone to care for your pets - she is wonderful! We will certainly be reaching out to her again.

Matthew is quite simply the GOAT. It was our very first booking with him and our plans unfortunately kept changing chaotically, yet throughout scheduling updates and frantic messaging on our part, the only thing he cared about was making sure he was a good fit for our dogs. That has never happened before in our time on Rover. His communication, understanding, and calm demeanor during our Meet and Greet earned immediate trust from both us AND our dogs. the entire booking + stay it felt like his priority was making sure both we and our dogs felt comfortable and cared for.
