1. Traisaun L.
“We have 4 animals (2 dogs, cat, rabbit). Traisaun stayed with them over the weekend and did an amazing job with them. We can tell how much they enjoyed (or not) their sitter by how needy they are when we get home. Traisaun was very attentive and interactive with them. They calmed down (and went to sleep) very quickly after we got home, which means they really didn’t miss us when he was here. Each of the animals has their own feedings, needs, and exercise (and some medicines), so they are not the easiest pets to sit for. I would highly recommend Traisaun and will definitely have him sit with them if he’s available! Oh, and the house was spotless when we got back! (did I mention 4 animals?) You won’t go wrong with Traisaun!”
2. Judith K.
“Judith communicated quickly and professionally with me from reservation to her overnight stay. She kept me informed at every step. Also she did a great job taking care of my dog. I would book her again easily. Thanks Judith.”
3. Jessica L.
“I know when Jessica is staying with my senior dog and spunky cat that they are getting her full attention, which includes regular and thorough communication, medical oversight, play and stimulation, and the love and hugs they're used to. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.”
4. Richard T.
“First time using rover. Was very satisfied, Richard responded to all communication in a very timely manner, sent pictures and did everything I asked. Would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you Richard!”
5. Markie A.
“Markie took excellent care of our dog, two cats, and four ducks while we were on vacation. We especially appreciated the photos during her stay.”
6. Sydney M.
“Sydney was great with our husky and pug! Our pug is diabetic, blind and elderly and Sydney was fine with giving her insulin. They were both well cared for. We will definitely seek out her services when we need a sitter in the future!”
7. makenzie b.
“She is responsible and great with her own dog as well as both of mine. Makenzie loves dogs and is great at taking care of them I believe she will make an excellent dog Walker.”
8. Brittany V.
“Brittany has a great love for all animals big and small, and I wouldn’t think of leaving mine with anyone else. She is very attentive to them. I haven’t seen a dog that doesn’t love her.”
9. Kristie B.
“Kristie was so wonderful. She was extremely attentive to my dog's needs, gave him a lot of attention, and he very clearly loved her from the pictures she sent. She consistently sent photos of the routes they walked on Google maps to show that she'd made sure Franklin was given enough exercise and stimulation, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely book her again!”
10. Alexa M.
“Thank you Alexa for taking great care of Reese and Jessen!”
11. Alicia D.

12. Katelyn G.
“Thank you Katelyn for taking care of our sweet boy while we enjoyed our anniversary trip. We appreciated the updates, cute pics, and having someone to snuggle with Archie while we were gone. Appreciate your help! Archie looks forward to seeing you again sometime soon.”
13. Theresa L.
“Theresa is absolutely wonderful. I am a first time puppy mom and was a little worried to leave her alone but once I met Theresa, my worries melted away! You can tell right away that she loves animals and is so sweet, patient and gentle. She sent photos and videos throughout her visit, which I appreciated so much! I’m so relieved to have found her. If you need a sitter look no further! ♥️”
14. Hunter S.
“First time using Rover so I was a bit nervous of having someone to take care of my two doggies. Hunter sent pictures and kept me posted throughout the day. My small dog will hide under the bed if he doesn’t feel safe. Got some pictures of him having fun playing in the yard and sitting next to Hunter so I know he felt safe with her. I am glad that my doggies are well taken care of while I am not home. Will definitely recommend Hunter!”
15. Lucas T.
“Lucas has been pet sitting since 2016. He is now 18 and able to have his own Rover account. We call Lucas the "dog whisperer"; he is so good with all dogs...big and small, young and older. He gives the pups lots of care, attention and love. We have had numerous families have our family watch their dogs, and Lucas has always been involved. He has his own vehicle and can drive for dog walking. He's an excellent student, kind young man and a HUGE DOG LOVER! Also, he loves taking care of cats too. He has taken care of our neighbors cats many times, as well as another family member. He knows the type of care the cats need to be taken care of. Highly Recommended!”
16. Skyler P.
“If I could give Skyler more than 5 stars, I would. If I had a million dollars to give to Skyler, I would. Skyler absolutely SLAYED when she stayed with our babies. This was our first time ever leaving our 3 seniors, one of which is very anxious/has a hard time eating and going outside, and Skyler was able to get her to do it all! I was blown away. Skyler is super knowledgeable about animals and was very communicative! She sent lots of updates with the cutest photos, and left our house in perfect condition after staying the night. 1000/10 would hire Skyler again! She is amazing!!!”
17. Dylan L.
“Dylan was very nice and following my instructions took snowball out and she was very calm and relaxed when i came home,I will definitely get him again...he was a real gem!!”
18. LINDA Z.
“Linda watched my Diamond girl for years from a puppy until she was 2 years old. Linda loved Diamond and Diamond loved going to Lindas. the only reason she does not watch Diamond anymore is because we moved away. Leaving your furbaby with Linda would be a great choice. Lots of LOVE.”
19. Jen D.
About: I have a lifetime of experience with pets and pet care taking, and beyond that I have always loved each and every animal in my life to the utmost extent (to my detriment sometimes, I just get so attached). Over the years, I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, amphibians, snakes, chickens, goats, ducks, and more! I am experienced with administering insulin and other medicines, and I am strict about not allowing them to eat any foods that aren't approved by their parent(s). I do not use harsh chemicals or fragrances on myself or in the home. I also have experience with the rare yet significant situation of coordinating veterinary euthanasia with the pets' parents in the event of major life illness/crisis. I have provided elder pet hospice care twice while pet sitting and innumerable times in my own life with pets I've owned over the years. While never pleasant by any means, know that your elder pets are in deeply loving, caring hands should something like this crisis arise. I provide video chat, trips to any vet of your choice (or an at-home vet I've worked with for years) to help us diagnose what your furry baby might be experiencing, and after you've talked with the vet yourself, watched over video chat, and decided to take the hard yet best decision for your pet, I am ready to help manage the process for a smooth, comfortable experience for everyone. I have had a family (my best friends and their children) on video chat while I cradled their cat through this transitional moment, at their vet's office with 3 nurses there to help us. Probably the hardest thing I've done in this line of work, but an important factor for anyone with elder pets who may experience their last moments while you are away and need somebody experienced and able to manage such a situation. Something we never, ever hope to occur, but if an animal is suffering, the kindest thing we can do for them sometimes. Just know they would be treated with the same care you would want to treat them during such an experience, and I would be in touch along every step of the way. And otherwise, I am happy to help and care for your pets at any age! And puppies at least over a year old I work part time from home, mostly from my phone, and am able to be present with your critters pretty much 24/7 save for the occasional errands! I am always happy to discuss the type of schedule your baby(/ies) might need! I still wear a high quality mask into people's homes during drop in visits (April 2024 and beyond!), I'm a covid safe sitter. I am always happy to take over a pet's routine in their home and adapt to things such as where they like to sleep, where they like to walk, and what their little quirks in the space might be. I make sure to keep items like foods, cleaning supplies, and vitamins well out of their reach, and I do a thorough cleaning of the space before you return as well!
20. Kara Z.
“We are so grateful to have found Kara through Rover! She cared for our dog Hank during an 11-day vacation and went above and beyond to ensure Hank's routine was maintained with extra snuggles! Even when we experienced delays on our return flight, Kara was flexible and worked with our family so that Hank was taken care of! Kara will be our first choice anytime we need a dog sitter, and we know Hank will be happy in her company :)”
