Safety, trust & environment

I treat any animal that I watch like it’s my own. I will give them love and affection or respect their boundaries. I’ll follow your guidelines to a T because you know what’s best for your pet. I recently had to put down my 157lb Great Dane St Bernard, so I am very well versed in large breed dogs.

Information Kayla B. would like to know about your pet

I love all dogs, all breeds! I’d like to know if a dog doesn’t like to be touched somewhere, if they are anxious. What I can do to get the dog used to me at first? How is it with other dogs? How does it walk, is it ok with people walking by? Any medical issues or allergies?

A typical day

I’d ask where you normally walk the dog and how the dog walks. I wouldn’t want to assume that you’d be comfortable taking your dog somewhere. If they enjoy the dog park, etc. I’d see if they wanted to play fetch or with its toys. I love how excited dogs get for their toys and playtime.

Pet care experience

You pets are your family, your best friend, the joy you feel day in and day out. I know, I’ve had dogs all of my life and am a better person for it. I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. Whether it was neighbors, friends, or family. I was always asked to help out when people were away. If there’s a dog around, you’ll find me on the ground petting it and getting kisses. When I say awe look at the baby, I’m talking about the dog 😉

Kayla watched our dog Cooper for a second summer and we couldn’t be happier to have her back. She’s incredibly responsive and sent photos throughout, so we never wondered how he was doing. She took great care of the house and kept everything clean and tidy. Cooper clearly loves her, which tells you everything. Highly recommend!

Kayla is wonderful! Our furry friends love her and each time she pet sits, the house is cleaner than when we left it! We never have to worry when our pets are with Kayla while we’re out of town.

This is the second time we’ve used Kayla. She was great w our animals. She was also very accommodating and stayed several hours more than planned when our flight got canceled.

Kayla was great with our large fluff ball. While we were out of town. We will definitely use her again!
