About: I’ve been a cat owner my entire life. My personal experience includes caring for a cat from her birth until she was 18 and caring for my present cat who has kidney disease and anxious behaviors. I also have cared for cats of friends and clients (I work as a doula and a nanny and often include pet care to help my clients). About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! About: Hi there! I work from home my two available days a week, which means your dog gets 24/7 companionship, frequent backyard potty breaks, and mid-day snuggles on the couch. I grew up with dogs, and I have experience with everything from puppies to seniors. I am experienced with medication administration, limited mobility, and managing separation anxiety. I live right by Bird Park and in a very walkable neighborhood, and can accommodate 2-3 walks a day - but if your dog is happier cuddling/sleeping inside, that’s okay too! I currently work from home two days a week (Monday and Friday) so I will be available 24/7 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I request that you give me your dogs normal schedule, and I will follow it exactly to make sure that they are comfortable and happy. I am available after 3pm Tuesdays through Thursdays. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life but my first job years ago in high school was at a veterinary hospital/ boarding. Because I was still in high school I was mainly in the kennels taking care of all the wonderful fur babies while their parents were out of town. Also, after informing the doctors that I was aspiring to become a vet, they allowed me to put on some scrubs and help out occasionally. I quickly realized that I was going to find a different way to care for animals 😂 Since then I have raised my own dogs and cared for animals of friends and family and have worked a few jobs at doggie daycares. I am an early riser because of my job so if your fur baby is too, they will fit right in! I work construction so I will be out for a portion of the day, but my wife works from home so her and our two pups will always be there to keep your baby company and make them feel right at home! At my house, no where is off limits for a furry friend. We can do anything to accommodate your fur babies to make sure they’re comfortable with their stay and you can have peace of mind that they will be happy and safe while you are away!
