About: I am here to love and care for your pets! I grew up with dogs and have had cats my entire adult life. I recently said goodbye to my 19 y/o cat, Nigel. We navigated chronic kidney disease together and as a result I am well versed in senior pet needs, giving meds and sub-q fluids. I understand how important details are in giving pet care and promise to treat your furry family members as one of my own. I am retired so I have many hours to give to spending time with and caring for your furry family members. Outside of the gym and working in some bike rides, I am free to spend time with your pets. I understand the value of punctuality/reliability, a schedule/routine, and social time with your pets, I am an active person so can give as much exercise as needed, am comfortable giving meds, and getting your dog into his/her crate.

We could tell the dogs were going to be fine with her. We had left her with a document of the dogs' daily routine. She did great following the instructions. While on our trip, she would text us updates and pictures. That was very thoughtful of her to do that. It made being away easier on us. The hardest part of taking care of our dogs is walking them because one likes to bark at everything and pull and the other one likes to lunge at cars. She did great and to our surprise, they behaved better for her! We would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a dog/house sitter.”

“Emma was an excellent sitter! She stayed over two nights with my two medium-sized dogs and was responsive, communicative, and left the house in great shape. One of my dogs, Biscuit, had tummy issues leading to accidents in the house, and not only did she clean up thoroughly and communicate on how Biscuit was doing, she had ideas on how to settle her stomach (canned pumpkin and yogurt). I appreciated her patience and kindness, as I know cleaning up these messes isn't fun! She also sent pictures of her fun time with the dogs, which included playing fetch and even filling up the dog pool so they could cool off afterwards. I was very happy with Emma and will book again!”
