I’m Tracy - I’m a 46 year - old, Tucson native, Realtor, and lifelong dog lover. I work primarily from home, which means your pets get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship while you’re away. Growing up as an only child, my dogs were my siblings - and as an adult, they’re my babies. I understand that pets are family, not just animals, and I care for them as if they were my own. 🐶 What I Offer: ● In-home pet sitting (because familiar spaces = happy pets) ● Early riser and committed to keeping pets on their schedule - because routine matters ● Experience with puppies, seniors, and dogs requiring medication ● Reliable feeding, walking, playtime, and LOTS of affection ● Regular photo and update check-ins (you won’t have to wonder how they’re doing) ● Experienced with multi-dog households; I’ve always had more than one dog and understand group dynamics, routines, and individual needs ● Dog - waste cleanup included as part of regular pet care (it’s all part of the job 🙂) 🏠 Light Home Care & Stewardship: ● Light home care: mail collection, plant watering, security checks, light cleaning, vacuuming, and tidying as needed ● Follow homeowner - specific care instructions for all surfaces and appliances ● Trash and Recycling schedule (and which bins go out) ● Lock- up protocol: doors, windows, gates, alarm set per instructions ● Experienced with gated communities, including access procedures, guard protocols, and security requirements ● Mail and package handling (including discreet storage of deliveries away from floor-to-ceiling windows) 🏡 Let’s Be Honest for a Second… We all want our pets well cared for - but let’s face it, we also want to know our home is in good hands while we’re gone. As a Realtor, I am respectful of property, and very aware of how a home should be treated. Floors, furnishings, finishes, security - all handled with care and common sense. Think of it as loving pet care and responsible home stewardship. Because peace of mind shouldn’t stop at the dog bowl. I know kennels can be stressful - unfamiliar smells, noise, and disrupted routines.
