Greetings! First, *I hold a up- to-date AZ fingerprint background clearance card (shown in photos) I have been pet caring and house/pet sitting for 7+ years now. I consider myself a caring and responsible pet sitter. I know that pets are family and require lots of love and attention. I have cared for many types of animals for the past 7+ years from snakes, birds, to dogs and lizards! Feel free to reach out to me if you have pets besides dogs, you can make a request and send me the details. When I housesit, I can check your mail and help with any plants as well! I also offer boarding in my studio casita home (crate-trained prefer, we can discuss) with a big fenced yard (a favorite sun bathing yard and lots of shade too) I as well offer dog walking, and drop-in visits, and your doggo will be the only pet in my home unless booking two pals together , so they get all my attention, walks, and love! I prefer friendly, non-aggresive dogs as it is a calm, safe environment for pets that enjoy a relaxed setting. I may not be the best fit for dogs with aggressive tendencies, as I want every stay to be safe and stress-free for all! This was the 2nd time lacey stayed with our Maggie mae...she's great, Maggie enjoys her and communication is good..She accommodated a last minute change to booking to add additional days due to family emergency..Will be using Lacey again when we need afain
Lacey was an amazing fit for dog sitting with our perfect mutt, Roubidoux. Fantastic communication skills, frequent updates with photos, and an awareness that travelling can be at times an emotional roller coaster (for both humans and pets!). Based on an exceptional ability (and making it exceptionally easy on our end), I would highly recommend Lacey to anyone that is looking for an attentive, caring, and qualified companion for their pet. And, not to forget, the highest compliment: Roubidoux loved Lacey!
Lacey picked my pups up from the destination and took great care of them, I had to extend their stay by a week last minute and she was more than willing to accommodate and care for them extra time. Very responsive, and glad my pups were in good hands! She also handled one of my dogs daily medication very well.
Lacey made sure our anxious dog was taken care of while we were out of town for a couple of days- thanks Lacey!
Lacey did an outstanding job with Leroy and really focused on him while I was away. She is someone you can trust around your pet to ensure all their need are taken care of. If you need a sitter or walker, Lacey is your person!

I currently work from home part -time with flexibilities. It gives me enough space to help out with pet/house sitting during different times and days!

Safety, trust & environment
Generally, animals are family/friends in my eyes and mind. I love be able to be playful or be a comforting space depending on the animals needs. I am a reiki practitioner and massage therapist so I enjoy giving animals extra love if the animal feels safe to that or needs help calming down. Otherwise and in addition to, I pay attention to what the pet owner has to say and follow the guidelines to what is needed.
A typical day
Walks, hikes, fetch and playfulness (of the doggo enjoys that). Quality time with the animals friends or simply resting, depending on what the animal needs.
