As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention while you’re away. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—from energetic puppies to shy or senior dogs—and I always aim to make pets feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. About: I have been a passionate pet owner for the last 20 years, as well as a veterinary assistant, foster/rescue advocate, and trainer. I am a licensed human nurse currently working as a stay at home mom, but absolutely love working with animals of all kinds, and wish to continue to help pets and their families in any way that I can. Because of my unique experiences, our home is a wonderful place for me to continue to be involved in pet care and training, and for pet parents to seek skilled quality care. I have been trained in various animal medical skills such as pill administration, injections, subcutaneous fluid administration, topical skin medication/eye medication administration and basic first aid, so caring for animals with ongoing medical needs, mobility restrictions, or medical conditions related to advanced age are not outside of my skill level. My husband Jonathan and I have 3 sweet, well supervised, and well behaved children, and can provide a wonderful boarding or daycare environment for pets that have anxiety with child exposure. There is always someone home when there is a guest pet present, and they are given access to the same amenities that we enjoy- comfy furniture, plenty of safe places to play with close supervision, toys for enrichment, and a clean place to do their "business". Our own dogs have been very well socialized and enjoy the opportunity to interact and play with new friends of all sizes and species. They are excellent with dogs of all sizes as well as cats and exotic pets. I know that routine is very important for some pets, and that disruption of typical routine can cause anxiety. Because they're is always someone home, we can follow care instructions closely to try to emulate the routine that your pet is familiar with. Our home is just shy of 2,000 square feet on 3 acres and has a large fenced back yard for potty and play. Pets will NOT be left outside unsupervised at any time. We do have a covered patio in the back yard as well for shade, and will provide cool, fresh, clean water outdoors during supervised playtime if outdoor play is desired. Indoors, guest pets will have access to our kitchen, dining, and living space. All flooring is hard for easy mess cleanup, and for easy puppy potty training. Off limits sections of the house (ie: storage room, bedrooms when unoccupied) will remain closed or gated. Pets will sleep in our room with us when directly supervised. Our indoor environment is air conditioned and remainds approximately 70-74 degrees year round. Our home is in a wonderful edge of town peice of property that is easy to access from the main highway and far enough from neighbors to be very peaceful. There is a subdivision with nice sidewalks with light traffic residential streets for plenty of leashed walking less than half a mile down the road. There is also a large park nearby. Plenty of exercise can be provided for pets that need it, and I love being outdoors myself. I am currently a stay at home dog and kid mom so I have plenty scheduling flexibility to accommodate things such as medications and potty training I have a fenced yard for free running and play and all of my dogs are crate trained for their safety in case it is needed either with client dogs or for another reason

About: I have taken care of kittens to senior cats. I also own 3 cats. Drop in visits are offered for your fur baby in your home. I used to breed eskimo spitz dogs for many years. I am retired so my schedule is open seven days per week except when I travel. I will run errands mid-day and provide visits before and after that time. In the clients home, I will follow instructions after visiting in advance of the sitting date with you to understand your cat’s routine. Drop in visits only.

About: I've been pet-sitting professionally for people since 2017. I've had cats my entire life, dogs for almost as long, and I'm happy to take care of animals with special needs! I easily bond with most pets, and love smaller life as well! Currently have a free schedule, I'm available most hours to care for your furever friend. As long as you are there for the initial introductions to your pet I'm happy to show up when you need me to. I will keep to a schedule for your pets, if you have them crated at night or if they sleep with you I'm flexible on either arrangement. Happy to take dogs on neighborhood walks and play fetch.

About: I’ve been pet and babysitting for 6 years, and have had my own pets basically my entire life. I’m a student at the University of North Texas and I love being active and caring for animals, and I would love to care for yours! I can’t wait to meet and work with you and your babies! As a college student, I have a lot of free time between classes and on the weekends, and I am always looking for work. I’ve been doing Rover for a several months now, and I can’t wait to continue now that I’m back at school!! I have a car and am very active, so I am perfectly happy taking your dogs on walks or running around with them outside. I am very good at following even the most specific care schedules!!

I am currently free full-time and can take care of your pet without any inconvenience. You just have to give 1 day's notice so we can coordinate the details. In my younger years I owned and operated a pet sitting service for 10 years, which I enjoyed tremendously! I then expanded to owning and operating natural pet food stores for 16 years. About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid and recently had to say goodbye to my last dog. I adore dogs but as empty nesters who travel, I’m not in a place to get another one full time now. So I decided to dog sit instead so that way I get to love on your babies as my own. I have a huge fenced in backyard with all grass and lots of room to roam. I have always let my dogs sleep with me and also cuddle on the couch. Your dog(s) will be in good hands and I look forward to taking care of them while you are away from home. I am currently retired and run a business that is only busy at the holidays. I’m pretty much home every day otherwise and if I’m working, I’m doing it from home. I have one of the biggest backyards in our neighborhood and it is all nice green grass. I don’t have a pool so it’s a great place to roam and play fetch. I also have a dog park in our neighborhood if your dog needs more activity & likes company. My yard is fenced in, kept locked at all times and has cameras so your dog is definitely secured in with us.

About: I have always been around dogs since I was young. I've owned three dogs of my own. I have worked with animals as a kennel tech, veterinary assistant and vet tech. I have experience taking care of senior dogs, young dogs, puppies. I have currently own a Belgian malinois who is a retired police dog, and I regularly work with him teaching him new skills as a working dog. I really enjoy working dogs and training them. I love being outdoors and getting down and dirty with my dogs swimming in the lake, I love bathing dogs and going for runs and walks. I currently a masters level student finishing up my degree in counseling. Before going back to school I worked with dogs for many years. On Mondays, Thursdays, and fridays I go to my internship and the rest of the days of the week im able to care for pets. If you board your dog in my home they must be friendly with my dogs, since i have two. I dont mind if dogs are on the couch. I am comfortable with a variety of animals, including cats, birds, dogs, and hamsters. I enjoy taking breaks from studying to walk outside and I am fairly active. I am very attentive to dogs health and behavior. Having experience in the veterinary industry helps because I can pick up right away if there is something wrong. Im also able to read dog body language, and de escalate situations if a dog becomes distressed or anxious. I am familiar with a wide variety of leashes and harnesses. I also use lots of treats to help build trust with animals and direct dogs with positive reinforcement. If you board your pets at my home they must be dog friendly.

About: Howdy – I’m Nidia, and I love caring for every pet imaginable (so long as they’re not deadly 😅.) I’m someone you can trust to take top-notch care of your furry friend. You can sit back and relax knowing that like Allstate, they’re in good hands. I guarantee they’ll be fed on time, tuckered out post-walk, and fully engaged in playtime. Some people have called me a pet whisperer…I have yet to prove them wrong. I hope to connect with y’all very soon! I can drop-in several times a day or stay at your home to help your pets maintain their normal routine. I will do everything I can to work around you and your pet’s schedule. I’m available to cater to their every need from 6 am to 9 pm daily. I can/do administer oral or nasal medication to pets, schedule ample cuddle and play time, and listen to their needs. I always keep owners in the loop sending multiple pictures every visit and follow instructions down to the letter.

About: Growing up I’ve always had a dog and been around other dogs! I’ve had all kinds of dogs and just love to take care of them! I treat them like they are my actual children 😂 Your dog will be in good hands with me! I have my own dog who is a 18 lb Cockapoo who loves other dogs and is super friendly and chill. I would love for him to have some friends come along that he can play with! I coach volleyball so my schedule is very flexible and only work some nights out of the week. I have mornings and most of the afternoon some days and other days all day to take care of your baby. I have a fenced in yard and a fur baby of our own who is a 18lb Cockapoo who is 1 years old and is just the sweetest. He loves other dogs! I have a crate if needed. I love taking walks and getting outside so your baby will get some good exercise.

About: I’ve grown up with pets of my own and helped my mother with her dog business. By taking care of them, playing with them and bathing them. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup. I’m available any day of the week, I just need about 1 day advance notice. I have a massive fenced backyard. About 1/2 acre for your dog to run and play. I also have kids that adore dogs and would make them feel very loved! I have the room to crate them overnight.

About: I really treat your child (yes pets are children) like my own. I want them to feel at home and happy and safe while you’re away! I work from home, so I can work anywhere! I am in FL for a few weeks and do not have my cat, so I can house sit easily :) My schedule is very flexible for those with needy pets! Whether they need a walk or extra food and snuggle time, I am available! I went the let’s to be as comfortable and as happy as possible! If the dog or cat likes to sleep in my bed, they are welcome! I know what it’s like to have a sitter watch my pet. They are in such good hands!!
