About: I have been a passionate pet owner for the last 20 years, as well as a veterinary assistant, foster/rescue advocate, and trainer. I am a licensed human nurse currently working as a stay at home mom, but absolutely love working with animals of all kinds, and wish to continue to help pets and their families in any way that I can. Because of my unique experiences, our home is a wonderful place for me to continue to be involved in pet care and training, and for pet parents to seek skilled quality care. I have been trained in various animal medical skills such as pill administration, injections, subcutaneous fluid administration, topical skin medication/eye medication administration and basic first aid, so caring for animals with ongoing medical needs, mobility restrictions, or medical conditions related to advanced age are not outside of my skill level. My husband Jonathan and I have 3 sweet, well supervised, and well behaved children, and can provide a wonderful boarding or daycare environment for pets that have anxiety with child exposure. There is always someone home when there is a guest pet present, and they are given access to the same amenities that we enjoy- comfy furniture, plenty of safe places to play with close supervision, toys for enrichment, and a clean place to do their "business". Our own dogs have been very well socialized and enjoy the opportunity to interact and play with new friends of all sizes and species. They are excellent with dogs of all sizes as well as cats and exotic pets. I know that routine is very important for some pets, and that disruption of typical routine can cause anxiety. Because they're is always someone home, we can follow care instructions closely to try to emulate the routine that your pet is familiar with. Our home is just shy of 2,000 square feet on 3 acres and has a large fenced back yard for potty and play. Pets will NOT be left outside unsupervised at any time. We do have a covered patio in the back yard as well for shade, and will provide cool, fresh, clean water outdoors during supervised playtime if outdoor play is desired. Indoors, guest pets will have access to our kitchen, dining, and living space. All flooring is hard for easy mess cleanup, and for easy puppy potty training. Off limits sections of the house (ie: storage room, bedrooms when unoccupied) will remain closed or gated. Pets will sleep in our room with us when directly supervised. Our indoor environment is air conditioned and remainds approximately 70-74 degrees year round. Our home is in a wonderful edge of town peice of property that is easy to access from the main highway and far enough from neighbors to be very peaceful. There is a subdivision with nice sidewalks with light traffic residential streets for plenty of leashed walking less than half a mile down the road. There is also a large park nearby. Plenty of exercise can be provided for pets that need it, and I love being outdoors myself. I am currently a stay at home dog and kid mom so I have plenty scheduling flexibility to accommodate things such as medications and potty training I have a fenced yard for free running and play and all of my dogs are crate trained for their safety in case it is needed either with client dogs or for another reason

About: I have taken care of kittens to senior cats. I also own 3 cats. Drop in visits are offered for your fur baby in your home. I used to breed eskimo spitz dogs for many years. I am retired so my schedule is open seven days per week except when I travel. I will run errands mid-day and provide visits before and after that time. In the clients home, I will follow instructions after visiting in advance of the sitting date with you to understand your cat’s routine. Drop in visits only.

About: I’ve been pet and babysitting for 6 years, and have had my own pets basically my entire life. I’m a student at the University of North Texas and I love being active and caring for animals, and I would love to care for yours! I can’t wait to meet and work with you and your babies! As a college student, I have a lot of free time between classes and on the weekends, and I am always looking for work. I’ve been doing Rover for a several months now, and I can’t wait to continue now that I’m back at school!! I have a car and am very active, so I am perfectly happy taking your dogs on walks or running around with them outside. I am very good at following even the most specific care schedules!!

About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid and recently had to say goodbye to my last dog. I adore dogs but as empty nesters who travel, I’m not in a place to get another one full time now. So I decided to dog sit instead so that way I get to love on your babies as my own. I have a huge fenced in backyard with all grass and lots of room to roam. I have always let my dogs sleep with me and also cuddle on the couch. Your dog(s) will be in good hands and I look forward to taking care of them while you are away from home. I am currently retired and run a business that is only busy at the holidays. I’m pretty much home every day otherwise and if I’m working, I’m doing it from home. I have one of the biggest backyards in our neighborhood and it is all nice green grass. I don’t have a pool so it’s a great place to roam and play fetch. I also have a dog park in our neighborhood if your dog needs more activity & likes company. My yard is fenced in, kept locked at all times and has cameras so your dog is definitely secured in with us.

About: I’m a relatively new dog sitter with a years worth of prior experience in canine care between ownership and sitting. I have experience in general pet management with juvenile pets and administration of medication. I’m an extremely active individual and can surely keep up with any energetic demands of your fur baby and am eager for the opportunity to assist my fellow pet parents with an extra set of hands! I’m currently employed part time between two employers, however both establishments allow for extreme flexibility and so long as I have a decent times notice to organize my schedule for commitments it will fit seamlessly. I have 4 cats that I care for; I allot play time for mental stimulation and ensure a safe environment for my kitties by keeping a close eye on what’s accessible to them and being extremely hygienic and detail oriented. I frequently deep clean toys, water and food bowls, and litter boxes.

About: I’ve grown up with pets of my own and helped my mother with her dog business. By taking care of them, playing with them and bathing them. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup. I’m available any day of the week, I just need about 1 day advance notice. I have a massive fenced backyard. About 1/2 acre for your dog to run and play. I also have kids that adore dogs and would make them feel very loved! I have the room to crate them overnight.

About: i've been taking care of fur babies since i was young. Anytime, neighbors, family, and friends needed help caring for their pets, I was there! I will care for your babies as if they're my own. Pet Sitting/Care is currently my full-time job. I'm always accepting new house sits and drops ins, l make sure to update my calendar every couple of days. I do like to do meet & greets before any new sits/drop ins, even if it's just a quick video chat. I don't currently offer boarding services but If i did, I would make sure to your pet is as comfortable as possible in my home. In clients homes, I will play with your pets, and take them on as many walks as needed for them to burn off energy. I will feed on time and keep your pets schedule as normal as possible.

About: I have always had a passion for all types of animals all of my life. I have owned many in my lifetime from small to big and of course a cat lover too! In my younger years I owned and operated a pet sitting service for 10 years, which I enjoyed tremendously! I then expanded to owning and operating natural pet food stores for 16 years. Recently I have sold my business and moved to Texas being with family and now looking forward to be of service to you and your pets! I am new to Rover but my knowledge and experience in pet care is vast and wide. I have worked with many holistic vets through the years and happy to share my knowledge if you are looking for that. I am also experienced in administering medications and insulin for dogs and cats. I am also well versed in puppies, kittens and senior pet care. If your pet requires great exercise I walk 8 miles a day and love walking and know how to get their wiggles out so you can rest assured a happy dog when you come back home! I strive in clear communication while you are away on the care & safety of your pets and home while you are away. I look forward to the opportunity to caring for your pets when you can't be there. I have a very open schedule and I am available any day of the week and times that work with the schedule of you & your pets. Safety is the number one. I will go over details with you prior to make sure your pets and home are in safe keeping, so I know where your dog or cat is typically located/kept in or out of the home and all doors and fences are always secure. It is a detail that I am very particular about!

However, Caitlyn tried very hard to slowly work with him and kept me updated on the experience. I found it best to just leave him be as it was just a trial run and it helped me realize it is not for him! But I am very thankful for Caitlyn’s patience and kindness towards him and would recommend her for your pet!! She really cares about the animals she is working with.”

About: I'm a huge animal lover, and have had everything from cats and dogs to ferrets and fish! I've always watched over other people's animals for as long as I can remember and love every moment of it! From cuddling with a lazy fur baby to going on long runs to let out some energy, I've always been able to match any pets energy! I am a full time college student currently studying at NCTC! I'm usually free for the most part if not in class or the weekends where I get most of my studying and homework out of the way! I'm always willing to abide by any house rules you may have or areas that are off limits or need extra eyes on. I'm more than happy to crate dogs and make sure cats try not to scratch up furniture!

About: I prefer animals over people. I have taken care of animals since I was 10. Since then I have pet sat for friends and family. My first born is a Boxer who I love with all my heart. As an avid animal lover, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and qualities that your pet will be well taken care of while you’re away. I will abide by all pet-owner expectations that have been expressed, as well as basic animal safety and handling while walking your animal and during interactions. About: I grew up with dogs of all different sizes and breeds along with the sweetest cats. I showered them all with love and affection as well as playing and walking the dogs. I am available all day and every day! I can take care of your little or big fur babies anytime and provide the attention and care needed!
