About: I’ve grown up with pets of my own and helped my mother with her dog business. By taking care of them, playing with them and bathing them. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup. I’m available any day of the week, I just need about 1 day advance notice. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life since my mom is a dog groomer and I currently working at a dog boarding facility where I care for and handle a wide variety of breeds! However, Caitlyn tried very hard to slowly work with him and kept me updated on the experience. I found it best to just leave him be as it was just a trial run and it helped me realize it is not for him! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
