About: I have been a passionate pet owner for the last 20 years, as well as a veterinary assistant, foster/rescue advocate, and trainer. I am a licensed human nurse currently working as a stay at home mom, but absolutely love working with animals of all kinds, and wish to continue to help pets and their families in any way that I can. Because of my unique experiences, our home is a wonderful place for me to continue to be involved in pet care and training, and for pet parents to seek skilled quality care. I have been trained in various animal medical skills such as pill administration, injections, subcutaneous fluid administration, topical skin medication/eye medication administration and basic first aid, so caring for animals with ongoing medical needs, mobility restrictions, or medical conditions related to advanced age are not outside of my skill level. My husband Jonathan and I have 3 sweet, well supervised, and well behaved children, and can provide a wonderful boarding or daycare environment for pets that have anxiety with child exposure. There is always someone home when there is a guest pet present, and they are given access to the same amenities that we enjoy- comfy furniture, plenty of safe places to play with close supervision, toys for enrichment, and a clean place to do their "business". Our own dogs have been very well socialized and enjoy the opportunity to interact and play with new friends of all sizes and species. They are excellent with dogs of all sizes as well as cats and exotic pets. I know that routine is very important for some pets, and that disruption of typical routine can cause anxiety. Because they're is always someone home, we can follow care instructions closely to try to emulate the routine that your pet is familiar with. Our home is just shy of 2,000 square feet on 3 acres and has a large fenced back yard for potty and play. Pets will NOT be left outside unsupervised at any time. We do have a covered patio in the back yard as well for shade, and will provide cool, fresh, clean water outdoors during supervised playtime if outdoor play is desired. Indoors, guest pets will have access to our kitchen, dining, and living space. All flooring is hard for easy mess cleanup, and for easy puppy potty training. Off limits sections of the house (ie: storage room, bedrooms when unoccupied) will remain closed or gated. Pets will sleep in our room with us when directly supervised. Our indoor environment is air conditioned and remainds approximately 70-74 degrees year round. Our home is in a wonderful edge of town peice of property that is easy to access from the main highway and far enough from neighbors to be very peaceful. There is a subdivision with nice sidewalks with light traffic residential streets for plenty of leashed walking less than half a mile down the road. There is also a large park nearby. Plenty of exercise can be provided for pets that need it, and I love being outdoors myself. I am currently a stay at home dog and kid mom so I have plenty scheduling flexibility to accommodate things such as medications and potty training I have a fenced yard for free running and play and all of my dogs are crate trained for their safety in case it is needed either with client dogs or for another reason

About: I’ve had all types of pets since I was a baby. I’ve had guinea pigs, birds, hamsters, cats, and dogs. I am an animal lover through and through. I have a pretty open schedule so I will always be able to make the time. If not then I will make sure to have that conversation with whoever I’m caring for. Whatever you ask I will do. I know all families situations are different. If they need to be crated I will. If they need to be let out I will. Just tell me what you need.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and am extremely comfortable around all breeds and sizes. I've raised Pitbulls, german shepherds, Great Danes, and terriers, so I'm happy to take care of your friend of any breed! :) I also have a senior dog myself and know that sometimes they have some extra needs, so I am happy to help with that as well. I am currently a teacher, so I am available all day to give your furry friends some love and affection. I can do drop-ins and walks as needed! I will follow whatever directions you provide to keep your pets safe because I know there is nothing more stressful than being unsure if your pet is safe.

About: I’m a relatively new dog sitter with a years worth of prior experience in canine care between ownership and sitting. I have experience in general pet management with juvenile pets and administration of medication. I’m an extremely active individual and can surely keep up with any energetic demands of your fur baby and am eager for the opportunity to assist my fellow pet parents with an extra set of hands! I’m currently employed part time between two employers, however both establishments allow for extreme flexibility and so long as I have a decent times notice to organize my schedule for commitments it will fit seamlessly. I have 4 cats that I care for; I allot play time for mental stimulation and ensure a safe environment for my kitties by keeping a close eye on what’s accessible to them and being extremely hygienic and detail oriented. I frequently deep clean toys, water and food bowls, and litter boxes.

About: Growing up, there was never a time that our family didn’t have pets. I absolutely adore critters of all kinds and love taking care of them! I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages and life stages as well as 10+ years caring for parrots of my own and volunteering at parrot rescues. I currently have 1 dog, 4 cats and a parrot at home! Whether you’ve got cats, dogs, birds or rodents, I’m your girl! I am a student at UNT working part time as a florist. My schedule is flexible and my classes are staggered so I can fit drop-ins into my day easily! I am extremely attentive and thorough with pets. Having a sister who works in emergency vet medicine, I have heard all the cautionary tales. I always make sure to supervise outside time (especially in the summer), check for any choking hazards, keep water bowls full, and make sure the whole crew is feeling their best! I am also well versed in reading animals’ body language and make it a point to respect pets’ boundaries and keep them comfortable with me.

She sent plenty of photos and some commentary on their outing that gave me a good idea of their daily walk encounters and other things going on like the weather, the ground conditions and how successfully the dogs finished their usual business. Emma demonstrates a good knowledge of and rapport with animals and reported that even my shy dog Harper warmed up to her during their time together. About: I’ve grown up with pets of my own and helped my mother with her dog business. By taking care of them, playing with them and bathing them. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup. I’m available any day of the week, I just need about 1 day advance notice. I have a massive fenced backyard. About 1/2 acre for your dog to run and play. I also have kids that adore dogs and would make them feel very loved! I have the room to crate them overnight.

About: I don’t have any pet care through an employer, but I have always loved all animals. I currently own 2 Dobermans and a Dachshund who I love with my whole heart! One day I would like to open up a sanctuary so I can share my love for animals and make a change! My dogs are everything to me. I have a 2 year old Dobie named Willow, a 5 year old Dobie named Lana, and a 1 year old Dachshund named Honey. If I could be a stay at home mom and never leave them, I would. Playing with dogs makes me feel whole and happy, so I believe it would be the perfect job for me! I have a fenced yard with lots of running space. All 3 of my girls are very sweet and LOVE to play! If I need to come stay at your place for pet care that’s more than fine, I have a spouse that can take care of my dogs while I come to your place! The #1 priority for me is making sure you and your dog are comfortable, I understand that being away from your animals can be tough for you and your puppers.

About: I am currently a part time Ranch Hand and mom of 3 boys, raising our 3 grandkids, as well as our 2 dogs, both of which are rescues. I have taken in a few rescues and truly enjoy watching them overcome their past and become happy devoted members of a family. We are a very busy family however things are pretty quiet when the kids are at school, I would love to spend my time taking care of your dog that is missing you while you are away. I grew up on a ranch working with horses, cows, sheep, chickens, and dogs. I have experience with dogs that are: anxious, rescues, shy, barkers, hyper, lazy, and all ages puppies- seniors. I believe that owning a dog is making a commitment to love and care for them their entire life, just as they devote themselves to us. I do most of my pet care during the day while my children are at school however I am also available in the evenings and on weekends. I am not currently available for boarding. It is my job to care for your pet in your home the way you would like. If that includes crates, gates, or more please just let me know.

About: I prefer animals over people. I have taken care of animals since I was 10. Since then I have pet sat for friends and family. My first born is a Boxer who I love with all my heart. As an avid animal lover, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and qualities that your pet will be well taken care of while you’re away. I will abide by all pet-owner expectations that have been expressed, as well as basic animal safety and handling while walking your animal and during interactions. Such as.... • Treats that were given • Walks • Potty breaks • and photos of your baby playing, enjoying their walk, treats, and belly rubs Currently I am only available weekends (morning, afternoon, evening) and weekdays after 5:30pm (after work) to give your furbabies some love, attention, scritches and whatever else they need. I always double check all gates or fences are locked before letting out your furbabies to run, play, or poo in the backyard to ensure no one runs off suddenly. I also can crate dogs if need be.

About: I have owned & cared for all types of pets since I was a young girl & cannot remember a time when we did not have pets. I live & work in Denton & caring for your dog would be a dream come true. Proof of current vaccination records required. Bring a copy with your pet for check in. Flea treatment mandatory during Summer months. Mother/daughter team! We are at home and available to supervise and provide care - including a large backyard and multiple walks a day! We have ample time available to play & love on your dog. Health issues are generally not a problem! We live in a 3 bedroom house with a laundry room that includes a medium sized dog door leading to a large fenced yard. I have a small dog who is crate and leash trained. Lots of space to play.

About: I have raised dogs all of my life and I am a huge animal lover. Each animal I have had have always been rescues. I strongly believe in TLC for all pets. When you're away from home I will give all the love and pets to your furry friend. I love to walk dogs as it benefits both parties. Play time is incredibly important too. Without play time a pet can become restless and bored. I thoroughly enjoy playing fetch with dogs. I am promptly on time with potty breaks, feeding time, and any walking needs. Any request great or small will be done. I currently have a 11 year old male cat I raised from a kitten so I know cat's very well also. I have a flexible schedule to accommodate any and all pet needs a client may have. I do well with a detailed potty and feeding schedule. I send updates and pictures accordingly with feeding times and follow written instructions very well. I make sure family pets are kept to a standard routine so they feel right at home.
