About: I grew up on a farm helping with animals often. I've always owned dogs and cats. I was a vet tech for 3 years. I have a dog door (it can be secured) and automatic waterer for your pet's convenience. I installed a metal gate to keep my runners from escaping out the front door. I am trained to give shots for the elderly family members. The days I work outside the house, I can meet you at 6:15 pm or later. I feed the dogs twice daily, but biscuits often. I am a homebody and I'm usually home all weekend. Your fur babies will be well loved. I have a 6-foot privacy fence, gate for the front door, dog door and an automatic water feeder. They are like family and can explore all they want. Please let me know in advance if a pet likes to lift his leg inside the house. I can provide doggy diapers.

About: I have been a passionate pet owner for the last 20 years, as well as a veterinary assistant, foster/rescue advocate, and trainer. I am a licensed human nurse currently working as a stay at home mom, but absolutely love working with animals of all kinds, and wish to continue to help pets and their families in any way that I can. Because of my unique experiences, our home is a wonderful place for me to continue to be involved in pet care and training, and for pet parents to seek skilled quality care. I have been trained in various animal medical skills such as pill administration, injections, subcutaneous fluid administration, topical skin medication/eye medication administration and basic first aid, so caring for animals with ongoing medical needs, mobility restrictions, or medical conditions related to advanced age are not outside of my skill level. My husband Jonathan and I have 3 sweet, well supervised, and well behaved children, and can provide a wonderful boarding or daycare environment for pets that have anxiety with child exposure. There is always someone home when there is a guest pet present, and they are given access to the same amenities that we enjoy- comfy furniture, plenty of safe places to play with close supervision, toys for enrichment, and a clean place to do their "business". Our own dogs have been very well socialized and enjoy the opportunity to interact and play with new friends of all sizes and species. They are excellent with dogs of all sizes as well as cats and exotic pets. I know that routine is very important for some pets, and that disruption of typical routine can cause anxiety. Because they're is always someone home, we can follow care instructions closely to try to emulate the routine that your pet is familiar with. Our home is just shy of 2,000 square feet on 3 acres and has a large fenced back yard for potty and play. Pets will NOT be left outside unsupervised at any time. We do have a covered patio in the back yard as well for shade, and will provide cool, fresh, clean water outdoors during supervised playtime if outdoor play is desired. Indoors, guest pets will have access to our kitchen, dining, and living space. All flooring is hard for easy mess cleanup, and for easy puppy potty training. Off limits sections of the house (ie: storage room, bedrooms when unoccupied) will remain closed or gated. Pets will sleep in our room with us when directly supervised. Our indoor environment is air conditioned and remainds approximately 70-74 degrees year round. Our home is in a wonderful edge of town peice of property that is easy to access from the main highway and far enough from neighbors to be very peaceful. There is a subdivision with nice sidewalks with light traffic residential streets for plenty of leashed walking less than half a mile down the road. There is also a large park nearby. Plenty of exercise can be provided for pets that need it, and I love being outdoors myself. I am currently a stay at home dog and kid mom so I have plenty scheduling flexibility to accommodate things such as medications and potty training I have a fenced yard for free running and play and all of my dogs are crate trained for their safety in case it is needed either with client dogs or for another reason

I have worked for pet supplies stores, pet pharmacies, and even pet insurance companies! I promise to treat your furbaby with the same love, devotion, and respect as I treat my own :) P.S. I LOVE to send updates or photos of furbabies throughout the day! Such as.... • Treats that were given • Walks • Potty breaks • and photos of your baby playing, enjoying their walk, treats, and belly rubs Currently I am only available weekends (morning, afternoon, evening) and weekdays after 5:30pm (after work) to give your furbabies some love, attention, scritches and whatever else they need. I always double check all gates or fences are locked before letting out your furbabies to run, play, or poo in the backyard to ensure no one runs off suddenly. I also can crate dogs if need be.
About: I have owned & cared for all types of pets since I was a young girl & cannot remember a time when we did not have pets. I live & work in Denton & caring for your dog would be a dream come true. Proof of current vaccination records required. Bring a copy with your pet for check in. Flea treatment mandatory during Summer months. Mother/daughter team! We are at home and available to supervise and provide care - including a large backyard and multiple walks a day! We have ample time available to play & love on your dog. Health issues are generally not a problem! We live in a 3 bedroom house with a laundry room that includes a medium sized dog door leading to a large fenced yard. I have a small dog who is crate and leash trained. Lots of space to play.
About: I am currently a part time Ranch Hand and mom of 3 boys, raising our 3 grandkids, as well as our 2 dogs, both of which are rescues. I have taken in a few rescues and truly enjoy watching them overcome their past and become happy devoted members of a family. We are a very busy family however things are pretty quiet when the kids are at school, I would love to spend my time taking care of your dog that is missing you while you are away. I grew up on a ranch working with horses, cows, sheep, chickens, and dogs. I have experience with dogs that are: anxious, rescues, shy, barkers, hyper, lazy, and all ages puppies- seniors. I believe that owning a dog is making a commitment to love and care for them their entire life, just as they devote themselves to us. I do most of my pet care during the day while my children are at school however I am also available in the evenings and on weekends. I am not currently available for boarding. It is my job to care for your pet in your home the way you would like. If that includes crates, gates, or more please just let me know.
About: I’ve been pet and babysitting for 6 years, and have had my own pets basically my entire life. I’m a student at the University of North Texas and I love being active and caring for animals, and I would love to care for yours! I can’t wait to meet and work with you and your babies! As a college student, I have a lot of free time between classes and on the weekends, and I am always looking for work. I’ve been doing Rover for a several months now, and I can’t wait to continue now that I’m back at school!! I have a car and am very active, so I am perfectly happy taking your dogs on walks or running around with them outside. I am very good at following even the most specific care schedules!!
About: I have raised dogs all of my life and I am a huge animal lover. Each animal I have had have always been rescues. I strongly believe in TLC for all pets. When you're away from home I will give all the love and pets to your furry friend. I love to walk dogs as it benefits both parties. Play time is incredibly important too. Without play time a pet can become restless and bored. I thoroughly enjoy playing fetch with dogs. I am promptly on time with potty breaks, feeding time, and any walking needs. Any request great or small will be done. I currently have a 11 year old male cat I raised from a kitten so I know cat's very well also. I have a flexible schedule to accommodate any and all pet needs a client may have. I do well with a detailed potty and feeding schedule. I send updates and pictures accordingly with feeding times and follow written instructions very well. I make sure family pets are kept to a standard routine so they feel right at home.

About: I grew up on a farm helping with animals often. I've always owned dogs and cats. I was a vet tech for 3 years. I have a dog door (it can be secured) and automatic waterer for your pet's convenience. I installed a metal gate to keep my runners from escaping out the front door. I am trained to give shots for the elderly family members. The days I work outside the house, I can meet you at 6:15 pm or later. I feed the dogs twice daily, but biscuits often. I am a homebody and I'm usually home all weekend. Your fur babies will be well loved. I have a 6-foot privacy fence, gate for the front door, dog door and an automatic water feeder. They are like family and can explore all they want. Please let me know in advance if a pet likes to lift his leg inside the house. I can provide doggy diapers.

The property is fantastic for dogs - there's plenty of room for them to run around and play outside, which was perfect Rocky. I was especially impressed that she had a nice kiddie pool set up for him to cool off in, which he absolutely loved. When I picked Rocky up, he seemed so happy and content from his stay. “1st-time using a service like "Rover." I will NEVER take our dog to a Boarding Facility IF I don't have to. Our dog is accustomed to a tranquil environment and was never kenneled. Imagine being in a loud facility, with barking dogs and caged for days (walking breaks provided, but, no freedom to roam.) I found Rover after boarding our dog 3 times. My 1st experience and I'm thrilled I did. You can filter to sitters who take 1 dog at a time, no children, etc. Ok about Amy: What a GEM! Communicative, Clean, genuinely Kind, and Professional. My husband and I live close to Amy (another plus,) but even if we moved 1 hour away we would still rebook with Amy as long as she's available. Upon pick-up our dog ran to us, but as we recapped with Amy and her husband our dog kept going to them too. I told her I was unsure if he would be happy to see us because he is living his best life at "Aunt Amy's" lol. I'm a "non-worrier," however, I didn't realize how much Amy's' consistent checked-in with photos and a couple of videos helped put my mind at ease, my soul at peace, and allowed me to fully enjoy my honeymoon without thinking too much about our dogs' wellbeing.
