I was away on a birthday trip 7 days, and she took incredible care of my cat, Arrow, the entire time. She kept in touch with me every day, sending updates and pictures that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She made sure Arrow was well cared for, played with him, scooped his litter box, and even took the litter outside afterward to make sure my apartment stayed fresh which was great to come home to. She also took the time to let him drink from the faucet his absolute favorite thing! which showed me that she really paid attention to his personality and routines. About: Over 6 years of experience caring for dogs, big, small etc. All services are available. CPR certified and have knowledge when it comes to dog medication. Have experience with puppy and training as well. I am a stay at home mom who is also currently pursing my bachelors degree in criminal justice. Pet care helps with my daily exercise when it comes to walking the dogs. I have a fenced in backyard, there is enough space for them and a park near by to be walked multiple times a day if needed. I do not cage any dogs and allow the dogs on my furniture. I do have a 10 year old, 3 yr old, 2 yr old and a 6 month old home but they get along with all my clients dogs and our own dogs so you will never have to worry about your dog and them crossing paths in a bad way.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid and recently had to say goodbye to my last dog. I adore dogs but as empty nesters who travel, I’m not in a place to get another one full time now. So I decided to dog sit instead so that way I get to love on your babies as my own. I have a huge fenced in backyard with all grass and lots of room to roam. I have always let my dogs sleep with me and also cuddle on the couch. Your dog(s) will be in good hands and I look forward to taking care of them while you are away from home. I am currently retired and run a business that is only busy at the holidays. I’m pretty much home every day otherwise and if I’m working, I’m doing it from home. I have one of the biggest backyards in our neighborhood and it is all nice green grass. I don’t have a pool so it’s a great place to roam and play fetch. My husband Jonathan and I have 3 sweet, well supervised, and well behaved children, and can provide a wonderful boarding or daycare environment for pets that have anxiety with child exposure. There is always someone home when there is a guest pet present, and they are given access to the same amenities that we enjoy- comfy furniture, plenty of safe places to play with close supervision, toys for enrichment, and a clean place to do their "business". Our own dogs have been very well socialized and enjoy the opportunity to interact and play with new friends of all sizes and species. They are excellent with dogs of all sizes as well as cats and exotic pets. I know that routine is very important for some pets, and that disruption of typical routine can cause anxiety. Because they're is always someone home, we can follow care instructions closely to try to emulate the routine that your pet is familiar with. Our home is just shy of 2,000 square feet on 3 acres and has a large fenced back yard for potty and play. Pets will NOT be left outside unsupervised at any time. We do have a covered patio in the back yard as well for shade, and will provide cool, fresh, clean water outdoors during supervised playtime if outdoor play is desired. Indoors, guest pets will have access to our kitchen, dining, and living space. All flooring is hard for easy mess cleanup, and for easy puppy potty training. Off limits sections of the house (ie: storage room, bedrooms when unoccupied) will remain closed or gated. Pets will sleep in our room with us when directly supervised. Our indoor environment is air conditioned and remainds approximately 70-74 degrees year round. Our home is in a wonderful edge of town peice of property that is easy to access from the main highway and far enough from neighbors to be very peaceful. There is a subdivision with nice sidewalks with light traffic residential streets for plenty of leashed walking less than half a mile down the road. There is also a large park nearby. Plenty of exercise can be provided for pets that need it, and I love being outdoors myself. I am currently a stay at home dog and kid mom so I have plenty scheduling flexibility to accommodate things such as medications and potty training I have a fenced yard for free running and play and all of my dogs are crate trained for their safety in case it is needed either with client dogs or for another reason

About: As a lifetime dog lover, I have cared for pets through every stage, from pups to seniors, and I love them all the same! 💕 As a flight attendant, I have lots of extra time, (and lots of love to give) during my usual 16 days off per month ✈️🐶 I have a safe, and clean large home with a fenced in backyard. About: I have always had a passion for all types of animals all of my life. I have owned many in my lifetime from small to big and of course a cat lover too! In my younger years I owned and operated a pet sitting service for 10 years, which I enjoyed tremendously! I then expanded to owning and operating natural pet food stores for 16 years. Recently I have sold my business and moved to Texas being with family and now looking forward to be of service to you and your pets! I am new to Rover but my knowledge and experience in pet care is vast and wide. I have worked with many holistic vets through the years and happy to share my knowledge if you are looking for that. I am also experienced in administering medications and insulin for dogs and cats. I am also well versed in puppies, kittens and senior pet care. If your pet requires great exercise I walk 8 miles a day and love walking and know how to get their wiggles out so you can rest assured a happy dog when you come back home! I strive in clear communication while you are away on the care & safety of your pets and home while you are away. I look forward to the opportunity to caring for your pets when you can't be there. I have a very open schedule and I am available any day of the week and times that work with the schedule of you & your pets. Safety is the number one. I will go over details with you prior to make sure your pets and home are in safe keeping, so I know where your dog or cat is typically located/kept in or out of the home and all doors and fences are always secure. It is a detail that I am very particular about!

About: EXPERIENCE Professional experience in the dog boarding industry as well as 39 years of constant com*paw*nionship. I've only been 2 years of my entire life without a dog. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MY DOGS My dogs live inside with me! They sleep at the foot of my bed on my bed (until I've had enough and nudge them off) and are employeed full time as my indoor shadow. It's a necessary expense!!! PERSONAL HISTORY/INSIGHT I'm a die-hard loyal companion to my pups bc they are to me first! Never surrendered a single one of my pets no matter the alternative road I faced! Moved and couldnt keep my dog? Didnt move. Approved on home under terms: No Dog, my reply, "my dog and me or deal breaker". I commit whole heartedly and for LIFE! How many people can say that and it be truth? I was the little girl who got untrusting strays to follow her home which I did by singing song from the little mermaid and Andrew Lloyd webber songs. <--yes...u read that right. They have always trusted me and warmed up to me extremely easily. WISDOM/RESILIENCE Growing up...a neighborhood dog almost ended my life and guess what....I learned a lot on what NOT to do and kept the bond strong. What happened to me didn't phase me. CONCLUSION I've always preferred the company of animals over people for many reasons. But don't judge me .... HIRE me. The friendship, respect, consideration and connection I can't help is of the absolute highest caliber. Period. I work from home and am extremely active. I'm an outdoorsy rebel who loves to explore the areas off the path. Hiking is how I stay going and sane. Dogs usually go with me. I care for them by being present and constantly engaged. I notice when they are laying on the floor and don't have something soft. I know the things to look for before a fight breaks out and I also know exactly how to get them to stop that does not risk either of the dogs or myself. *INSIDE THE HOME IS ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DOING JUST THIS...HIS PET IS ACTUALLY IN THE PHOTOS. AND HE CAN PROVIDE REFERENCES UPON REQUEST!
“Can’t say enough about how wonderful Richard is! He helped me in a short notice pinch and was so kind. He took amazing care of my Maia, every picture and video showed her so happy with her tail wagging like crazy. He walked her often and loved on her like she was his own. If that wasn’t awesome enough he came to the rescue again when my flight was extremely delayed and kept Maia for an extra night. Richard is an excellent communicator with frequent updates so I was able to enjoy my holidays stress free. He has a heart of gold and I will definitely use him again.
