Because we currently rent our home, I’m only offering dog walking and drop-in visits at your home. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, as I have a flexible schedule and truly enjoy getting out for walks, giving pets some extra love and attention, and helping families feel at ease while they’re away. Whether it’s a midday walk or a morning visit, I’m happy to work with your pet’s schedule and needs. I currently care for pets in their own homes through drop-in visits and walks. When I’m visiting a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect and care I would want in my own. I make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their familiar environment—whether that means sticking closely to their feeding and potty routines, spending time playing and snuggling, or just offering calm companionship. I always aim to keep your pets relaxed and happy while you’re away, and I’m happy to send photo updates so you feel at ease too. Need the mail collected? Lamps on a schedule? I know leaving your home can cause worry, I’m happy to help ease your anxiety by doing small tasks around the home to ensure you come home to a happy pet and a safe environment.

About: I'm a very experienced animal person (large and small) with a Level 3 certification in ‘Canine Learning, Motivation and Reinforcement’ via the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers and Dog/Cat CPR certified with the American Red Cross. I'm a professional, force-free trainer and I've volunteered with many dog and wildlife rescue charities. Walks and care take into account individual needs and I always monitor for inclement weather or excessive heat. Indoor games and enrichment can take place instead of walking and provide a bunch of physical and mental health benefits for your dog if they cannot go outside. Health and safety is a priority and I always follow your exact instructions. I can provide casual services or a more regular schedule. I don't have pets or children at home so my schedule is flexible and I'm happy to work in with your plans. I have a robust understanding of dog body language and wellbeing to ensure their experiences are positive and productive. Puppies and adolescents are a specialty. Veterinary care and special diets will be followed exactly.

About: I think a meet and greet is important, it will let me know if your pet needs anything special for their visit. At this point I am not currently doing another job., so I have flexible hours to take care of your pet. I can also drop in on your cat. I think cats need attention & exercise while pet parents are away. I can give them playtime and keep you updated on their response. I am currently not working another job. I have flexible hours and time to take care and play with your pups. I can also provide boarding on weekday and weekends. I prefer dogs 20 lbs or under for boarding. I have a small fenced in yard and also have small dogs to keep your pup company. I am also able to crate your pup if needed. I have a dog door, but if I have to run errands the pups are safely keep inside until I return.

About: Looking for a loving and experienced home for your dog while you're away? I’m a former Search and Rescue K9 handler with a wealth of knowledge in dog behavior and training. Now, as a (2-legged) Physician Assistant, I have the added benefit of being able to safely administer medication to your pup or kitty if needed. My household is dog-friendly, with a toddler, so I’m looking for dogs or cats that are comfortable around little ones. Your dog will be treated like family in a safe, comfortable environment. My schedule is currently flexible and I will tend to your fur baby as needed. With a little advanced planning, I can accommodate most schedules anytime. I live on a fresh water lake that is fenced on all sides (8 ft privacy, 3ft along the water and 4ft on the other 2 sides).
