About: Animals are my passion, and I’ve devoted my life to helping them. I have 25 years of experience rescuing and fostering dogs and cats and volunteering at rescues. I’ve cared for hundreds of pets of all ages and temperaments, and I have plenty of experience helping animals with special health or behavioral needs. Whether your pet needs medication (pills or injections) or just some extra TLC, they’re in safe, loving hands. I do boarding and doggy day care for small dogs up to 25 lbs and senior pups (8 years+) up to 40 lbs. Caring for your pet is my full time job. I am available 7 days a week and at home 24/7 with the exception of occasional errands. My priority is your pet's safety and happiness, so I spend as much time with them as possible. I decided to start offering daycare and boarding after briefly working at a dog daycare, where I was appalled at the uncaring treatment the dogs received. Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities, and I will go above and beyond to ensure they have a wonderful experience. Dogs stay cage-free during the day in a cozy lounge designed just for them, with a large tv that plays dog friendly shows, couches, beds, toys, dog puzzles and more. I also make homemade treats and food that your dog is welcome to while they stay here. We’ll also enjoy leashed adventures on my 2.5-acre property. Cats have their own spacious room with climbing trees, cozy beds, scratching posts, and large windows for bird-watching. If your pet needs quiet time or special care, I offer private spaces and tailor everything to their needs. I Your beloved pet is part of my family while they stay here, and they will always have my full attention. About: We are a family of four people, 2 kids, one young friendly spaniel, a new kitten, and some chickens. Dogs are a large part of our lives, from the morning walk to playing throughout the day, we love our animals. We have a 2 year old spaniel who just recently lost her buddy, our 13 year old terrier. She is missing her buddy and would be overjoyed to have someone to come play. She truly enjoys when friendly dogs come to stay. We just recently adopted a very sweet and fun kitten who isn’t afraid of other dogs. We know how hard it is to leave our babies in someone else’s care. Our older dog couldn’t handle traditional boarding facilities and so we were always leaving him with good friends we trusted. We love that we can now provide an in home option for other fur family members and ease the worry for others in the community. We have two younger daughters who love all animals, especially dogs and cats. Does your dog love to hike? We can provide a more satisfying adventure in the woods during weekdays as well. Who doesn’t love a tired pup! Melissa works partime and has over 15 years experience working in the medical field (with humans). We can be home with your pet throughout the day making sure they are happy and content. We walk and run our own dog several times a day and will the same for yours if requested. As mentioned, someone can be home with your pet during the day. The dogs are never left outside unattended. We live on farmland on a rural road; the dogs that stay here will be leashed walked and play/run if they require exercise safely.

About: My goal is to provide an environment where I would feel good about dropping my pup off at (they are our children after all!). My condo is small but there is no shortage of fuzzy blankets, pets, and walks! Besides my dog, I never host more than one dog in my home at a time. I adopted my dog from the shelter over 10 years ago and makes sure he had plenty of cozy places to sleep, snacks, and walks! I current work from home, so I’m generally around most of the day besides going for a run. I often run in the morning, during lunch, or after work but this can be flexible to suit the needs of the animals! If your dog can run I will happily take them on a run with the me! :) I adopted my sweet Fox (Chihuahua mix) from the Oregon Humane Society over 10 years ago and he has been my best bud always by my side through all of life’s ups and downs and moves across states! He is approximately 12-13 years old, friendly, calm, and loves people. I live in a small condo but very close to walking areas, a lake, and a dog park.

About: Update: Based in Bellingham Washington, currently looking to board/housesit for aniamals in Bellingham. I am a full time dog trainer and animal caretaker. I am also available for hire for canine training. I am in the process of receiving my national professional degree for Large and Small Animal Accupressure. I am also available for hire on the northern coast of Oregon, available for animal sitting in-home. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. I spent summers working on a farm where I learned to work with all animals - great and small. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well. About: I can't imagine life without a dog! All my life I've used common sense and loads of love to care for my furry babies. I am a responsible and very loving pet owner. Since I am retired, my schedule is very flexible; I'm home most of the time. When I do work, it is usually on my computer in short periods. Your baby will receive lots of one-on-one attention and snuggles. I am retired and have lots of space in my home. Although there's no fenced yard, I will take your baby out on a leash and give them loads of love and attention.

About: Hello! My name is Melina and we have a 4-year old Vizsla, Rasco, who loves to sleep, play and follow us on adventures. Your pup will be treated as one of ours, with lots of play time, attention and cuddles. If you have a high-energy dog, he'll fit right in as well, as I go on longer hikes every day with Rasco. In the winter we often cross country ski and in the summer we bike, hike, go to lakes and anything else that's fun! We've got tons of dog toys and dog beds available. Pets are allowed on furniture, and we don't have/use crates as I will mostly be home and around. If you would like to bring your own crate, that is totally fine as well! We have a fenced in yard with a doggie door too, so they have space to play outside as well when we're not out on a walk or a hike. I am happy to answer other questions you may have, just let me know! I currently am taking time off work and have unlimited availability when in town. I am very flexible and open for new bookings and I would love to help care for your pets going into this spring! I will be going to hikes, walks and other adventures depending on needs. We have a fenced backyard and a doggie door, so dogs are always able to get outside anytime. I will usually be home during the day with the dogs, but if I need to run any errands, I will not be out for more than 2 hours.

About: We've raised Bruce, an Aussie-lab mix since 2016, and recently hosted a family members 2 corgis for 6 months during 2020. Prior to Bruce, I helped train our family Chihuahua beginning in 2010. I follow the positive encouragement training method, and love endless unique personalities of our furry companions. During 2020 we've been working from home, and love taking Bruce out for a 1.5mi 30min walk during lunch. There's many great trails in our neighborhood, and we love exploring all the new trails we can find. We have a fenced yard and the friendliest dog EVER! He literally loves everyone! He's a great walking companion, and loves being in the great outdoors

About: I’m relatively new to this app, so I have limited reviews but it’s growing! I’ve grown up with all types of pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and birds. I have the most experience (and love) medium to large sized dogs. I live next to boulevard park trail and I often walk from Bellingham to Fairhaven (I live on the Bellingham side). I live in a small carriage house with a fenced in spacious patio across the street from Laurel Park. For regular potty breaks? I’m across the street from Laurel Park. What sets me apart? I absolutely love dogs, but I’m going back to grad school and my place is too small for my favorite dog breed to own. With that said, I do have the perfect set up for dog sitting and boarding on a temporary basis. I’m getting ready to start graduate school in an online program in January 2026. I was just accepted! Yay! I also work remote for a college for their e-learning department. Despite my love of dogs, I can’t take on the added expense of my own furry family right now. It would be a pleasure to have a little fur baby friend (or two) to hang out with me here at home! I have a flexible remote work/study schedule and I’m home regularly. I’m available to go on long walks from Bellingham to Fairhaven, which is about 5 miles round trip. Aside from that, I can do shorter potty walks at Laurel park, which is across the street from my residence. I have a (fancy) large elevated dog bed that can hold up to 150 pounds, which can be covered with a cozy blanket (preferably yours so your dog feels at home). My little house is actually a studio (see pictures), it’s a mother in law unit on the property next to a huge 5-bedroom house with a big yard. I have a good relationship with the property owner who has allowed me to build out a patio and a fenced gate here on my rental. This space is really perfect for a dog sitter, but I care too much about dogs to get my own fur baby while I’m living here. It’s just too small to keep a dog full time, but my place is perfect to dog sit and host.
