About: Update: Based in Bellingham Washington, currently looking to board/housesit for aniamals in Bellingham. I am a full time dog trainer and animal caretaker. I am also available for hire for canine training. I am in the process of receiving my national professional degree for Large and Small Animal Accupressure. I am also available for hire on the northern coast of Oregon, available for animal sitting in-home. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. I spent summers working on a farm where I learned to work with all animals - great and small. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well. About: I adore dogs and would love to help out with yours! I have had my dog, Tank, for about 8 years now. I love to take him on walks and throw a ball with him. If you have any specific requests or if your dog has a specific schedule, I’m more than happy to accommodate! I’m a college student but I do have some flexibility and I can try my best to work with you and meet your needs. I am extra free on my school breaks too! I can make any type of adjustments so your dog is happy and comfortable. Do they have a strict schedule for food or walks? I can make sure that that routine remains. I have a medium sized dog at home (about 20 pounds) I make sure to exercise him everyday, even if it’s just for a quick walk near my apartment so exercising your dog is something I’m always happy to do.

We live in the Silver Beach neighborhood and have recently lost our sweet little poodle and now that our children are grown and gone, I feel I can provide a safe, reliable, and fun space for dog parents who need a sitter. About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.

About: I have been pet sitting for the a couple years, caring for both dogs and cats in a variety of settings. I have experience with multi-dog households, including overnight stays for over a week as well as shorter visits, holiday stays, play dates and walks. My experience includes walks, drop in care, feeding and meal routines, administering medications, avoiding pet allergies and of course playtime! I have dog sat for puppies less than two months old to senior dogs with mobility issues who need extra care, diets and sensitivity. I have grown up caring for my own dogs and cats, so I am very comfortable with animals of all ages and personalities. I genuinely love animals and prioritize making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. I am currently out of school for the summer, working part time and focusing on side work, which allows me to have a flexible schedule. I have open availability for pet care throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. I provide reliable care in my client’s home by following the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, giving any medications as directed, and keeping their space clean and comfortable. I also make sure pets get plenty of companionship, playtime, and mental stimulation through walks, play, and positive interaction. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owner is away. I give clients updates and photos during my stay, and always leave a summary of my time with their pets at the end!

About: Both my husband and I have grown up with dogs and love spending our time with them. For the past five years, we’ve regularly cared for friends' and neighbours pups while they’re away on vacation. We have two friendly dogs of our own (check out their photos!) and would love to give your furry family member a comfortable, fun-filled stay while you're away We work from home and we have 3 parents at home and we all like cuddling and playing with furry babies as well so our full house brings joy and company for furries that visit us We have a fenced backyard and we have an 2 dogs and they are friendly and playful with all the other dogs, we also have a playpen area in the back for the dogs
