“My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. I would never choose another boarder. Thank you Ms. Dolly, we love you! - Brandon, Katy, Ghost and Ranger.”

My husband and I are always nervous to leave Kahi, but this time we felt more at ease knowing she was in great hands with Leslie. Leslie welcomed Kahi into her home and was knowledgable of what Kahi needed to feel safe and comfortable. She was diligent to provide daily updates and pictures. The pictures showed that Kahi was well-adjusted to Leslie’s home and having a great time playing and bonding with Leslie’s pups. About: Update: Based in Bellingham Washington, currently looking to board/housesit for aniamals in Bellingham. I am a full time dog trainer and animal caretaker. I am also available for hire for canine training. I am in the process of receiving my national professional degree for Large and Small Animal Accupressure. I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I love spending time with them. I now have more time on my hands and would love to spend it caring for dogs who need some TLC. I had a senior pug who sadly rent over the rainbow bridge last year. The last few years she was with me, I had to give her medication, take care of her eyes and give her a special diet. I also had a lab who developed cancer and needed medication and a special diet. I feel I would be a perfect person to care for special needs dogs. About: I’ve had my own pets my entire life. My first cat, I got when I was three years old and she lived until she was 26. I have years of experience in Montana as a pet sitter. I just moved to Bellingham! I am currently taking courses online to get my EMT, and can work from anywhere! My animals are extremely self-sufficient. Since my animals can be left alone for longer periods of time, I can be there for yours more! I am extremely attentive to animals. Constantly snuggling, giving scratches, taking them on walks. About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.

About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life, and I will love your pets as I loved mine. I had two dogs and two cats, and loved them with all of my heart. I love walks and exercise and will make sure that your pet will be healthy and happy. I am in a home with no other animals, and will make sure that your pet gets all of the attention he or she needs. Animals and pets are part of your family and should be treated as such! I've always believed that pets are angels that have been sent to support and love us, and that love should be returned back. I can not wait to meet your lovely pets! I am a grad student completing school mostly remotely. I will go into the university once a week, but have time and flexibility to care for pets as I am home often. I will make sure your pets are loved, fed, have plenty of water and feel safe and comfortable. Pets are family members, and deserve the best care.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments since I was 13. I have experience in petsitting through family, friends and neighbors. Animals have always been in my life and their needs adjust my daily life. I’m currently a university student who is studying computer science. So a lot of my homework/ assignments are done on a computer meaning I’m home for most of the day! I have lots of extra time to interact/ have fun with a pet at home :) Walking: I provide long and stimulating walks with lots of sniffing, playing and exercise. Drop ins: I really enjoy these! “My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. I would never choose another boarder. Thank you Ms. Dolly, we love you! - Brandon, Katy, Ghost and Ranger.”
