About: Hi! I’m Carol and I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. My love for animals led me to earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Medicine and I am a licensed veterinary nurse (CVTg). What matters most, to not only the animal but to the owner as well, is always trust. I will always take my time to understand your pets personality and routine. Consistency and patience is key. I’m not their trainer or behaviorist (though I do have training in both) - I’m there to be a friend and caregiver. That doesn’t mean I can’t handle the anxious or unruly furry friends - I love a skeptic and the advanced behavioral training and handling I have under my belt makes me particularly suited for the spicier personalities.

She even came to the house during the day and met with me and Bowie for a meet and greet before she came back that evening on her own. She went above and beyond with sending me updates as well as photos and videos, and even did other things like refill his food and water and remove his collar once he was in for the night (as I requested). My dog instantly was comfortable around her and you can see that she is very professional and passionate about her job. 10/10 recommend, she was so kind and a true life saver!”

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
