About: I grew up with dogs. A dog, sometimes two or three, was always in our house and a part of my family. I’ve been around dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, understanding each one is unique and needs certain care. I have helped train a chocolate lab (a very energetic boy named Brody) from a puppy. After his passing, I decided to work at the SPCA to have an animals lovin’ and I enjoyed every second of it. Because of my experience, they allowed me to work with the dogs who have a history and require more attentive care; seeing those babes go home is something I will never forget. Couldn't love Brandon more if we tried! He has the most calm and patient demeanor and took such good care of our little Dachshund, Ravioli. This was the first time we were leaving him alone with anyone but my fiance and me, so we were nervous. Brandon came for our dinners so we could have an evening out and he made fast friends with Ravioli. He also helped him through some firework fears as this was the 3rd of July. Kaining did a fantastic job taking care of my two dogs for a week, as well as taking care of my home. She administered medications to both my dogs. She was very responsible, kept to their schedule, played and snuggled with them! I would recommend her to take care of your fur babies.
Kristen did a great job cat-sitting at my house. I left way too many instructions, which she followed perfectly. And both of my shy cats were comfortable enough to make appearances - one even let her pet him. She was also excellent at communicating and sending pictures. I highly recommend her!
Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog. He can often be slow to warm up and wary about going on walks with new people, but he seemed completely at ease and in his normal element with her. She is super communicative and sent a bunch of pics, it gave me such peace of mind. We highly recommend her!
Matt was totally awesome!! He came super last minute and eased all our fears. He is so amazing with our dog and our pup kept looking for him after he left!! Matthews truely falls in love with the animals he cares for and it shows!! He sent lots of photos and updates! Best experience ever.
It was easy working with April right from the start. She responded promptly and communicated professionally throughout. Our 7-month-old puppy received loving attention, went on long beach walks, and had neighborhood dogs come over to play. April has a calm and confident manner, which assured me that our dog was in good hands.
Katherine was so good with Frank the doxie! And he liked her immediately. I then, could leave and travel with ease. Also, I made a request kinda late since my other sitter backed out. I’m recommending Katherine while lol hoping you all keep in mind, I definitely want to have Katherine come stay with Frank again!
My dogs were well cared for and seemed comfortable throughout the stay, and I appreciated receiving regular photo updates. Communication was smooth, and the house was left clean overall. I did notice that several personal items and pieces of furniture were moved and not returned to their original places. I also noticed that a larger amount of food and wine was used than I expected, including specialty items brought from outside the country that are difficult to find and usually last for months. These items were gone after a two week stay. While the pet care itself was good, clearer expectations around personal belongings and food would be helpful for future stays.
