About: Hi there! My name is Kristin and I have a lifelong passion for all animals. Growing up on a horse farm, I was surrounded by various animals and always had cats and dogs as pets. Outside of having pets growing up, I have helped out friends and family members with dog, cat, and house sitting for them over the past 10+ years. I have experience with a variety of breeds, ranging from big breeds such as Pitbulls and Boxers to smaller breeds like Yorkies and Jack Russells. I care for all animals with all my heart and your pets will be in loving hands with me! I work full time in Monmouth county, so weekends would be ideal for me. However, if your pet doesn't need to go out as frequently, I can definitely help out during the week. I am typically out of the house between 10am-6pm, so I can play with/walk/feed them before or after those times. Weekends are totally open for me so I can do whatever your pet needs. About: I was raised alongside litters of puppies and my life has revolved around animals ever since. My family consistently had 8-10 dogs in our home, ranging from big dogs like labs or American bulldogs to smaller dogs like French bulldogs or terrier mixes. Since I was in elementary school, I was tasked with feeding, grooming, walking and playing with all of our dogs. As an adult, I've helped my parents out in watching their many dogs (my dad has 12!) when they are out of town and pet-sitting for friends and family. I adopted my own two cats, who I've had since they were kittens, and love them with almost my whole heart - I have two ferrets that take up some space in my heart too. Ferrets are notoriously difficult pets to take care of, so if I can handle them and all their energy & mischief, I think I'm prepared to take care of just about any creature. I have been conscientious, responsible and caring for my own pets and I promise I'll treat yours the same way :) I work 9-5 on a hybrid schedule but, as a manager, I have flexibility in terms of remote work — I can always change my schedule around to accommodate yours! I need advanced notice for overnight bookings, as I commute into the city twice a week. I can always switch my-in office days with enough of a head's up, so please reach out if my current calendar availability doesn't align with yours! We may be able to work something out. Unfortunately, I know the feeling of coming home from a trip and realizing that some little things were unattended to by a friend I'd trusted with my pets: the water fountain was half full, the litter box hadn't been scooped in a few days, their 24/7 bird streaming YouTube video wasn't on (lol). Of course my pets were still fed, but it didn't feel like they were cared for the same way I would have. I promise that won't happen if I am entrusted with your pet. I am very good at noticing and handling those little details, even if you forgot to mention them, because that's what I would want. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and starting pet sitting for extra cash in Middle school. That’s continued on through my post college years thanks to my flexible work schedule. I’m well versed in caring for dogs with extra healthcare needs. One of my family dogs had epilepsy for 8 of her 12 year life, so I’m well versed in caring for a dog who is experiencing a tough moment physically and emotionally. Couldn't love Brandon more if we tried! He has the most calm and patient demeanor and took such good care of our little Dachshund, Ravioli. This was the first time we were leaving him alone with anyone but my fiance and me, so we were nervous. Brandon came for our dinners so we could have an evening out and he made fast friends with Ravioli. He also helped him through some firework fears as this was the 3rd of July. Ravioli was thrilled to see him on their second night and allowed us dinner in peace. Brandon threw his ball and played with him until he was all tuckered out. Thank you so much, Brandon!

Kaining did a fantastic job taking care of my two dogs for a week, as well as taking care of my home. She administered medications to both my dogs. She was very responsible, kept to their schedule, played and snuggled with them! I would recommend her to take care of your fur babies.
Kristen did a great job cat-sitting at my house. I left way too many instructions, which she followed perfectly. And both of my shy cats were comfortable enough to make appearances - one even let her pet him. She was also excellent at communicating and sending pictures. I highly recommend her!
Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog. He can often be slow to warm up and wary about going on walks with new people, but he seemed completely at ease and in his normal element with her. She is super communicative and sent a bunch of pics, it gave me such peace of mind. We highly recommend her!
My dogs were well cared for and seemed comfortable throughout the stay, and I appreciated receiving regular photo updates. Communication was smooth, and the house was left clean overall. I did notice that several personal items and pieces of furniture were moved and not returned to their original places. I also noticed that a larger amount of food and wine was used than I expected, including specialty items brought from outside the country that are difficult to find and usually last for months. These items were gone after a two week stay. While the pet care itself was good, clearer expectations around personal belongings and food would be helpful for future stays.
