About: Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile! Since I was a child, I’ve taken care of dogs of every kinds, cats, turtles, fish, rabbits, hamsters, and chickens. I’m open to taking care of a snake but I might need a minute to get comfortable! I grew up with a sweet, special needs bichon frise and cocker spaniel. In 2016, I started house sitting and walking dogs for clients, neighbors, friends, and family. I have experience with all dogs- young, old, and special needs. I have given medication to cats and dogs for medical conditions and separation anxiety, in addition to providing extra love and care. I love animals and would be glad to help you have a wonderful vacation knowing your pets are well cared for! If you have any questions, feel free to be in touch. I’m available for dog walks, pet drop-ins, and housesitting in the pet parent’s home on weekdays and weekends. I taught special education for the last ten years but will not be returning this year, so my availability has opened up. Keith is an angel who helped us during an emergency when our dog had separation anxiety on vacation. He went above and beyond. He is respectful, trustworthy, great with communication, and my dog absolutely loved him! An amazing person with a huge heart. Keith is the greatest of all time.

Emily is the absolute best! We continue to rebook her to take care of our 2 dogs. By now she has built a beautiful relationship with our boys. She goes above and beyond to make sure they eat and that they are in good spirits when we have to go away. Our boys are very attached to us and they get so sad when we have to leave them. Emily is so caring and attentive with them. This last time when we returned from our trip the boys looked so happy and healthy. This was my first time using Marley to care for my kitties. From the meet and greet to the drop in visits she was really great! My kitties are my babies and I felt 100% comfortable knowing she was going to take great care of them for me. Melissa is a wonderful pet sitter! She did drops ins for my two cats. She washed dirty bowls that my cats used after eating. I thought that was so thoughtful of her to do this. She also took pictures of my pets , the pet food she fed them, as well as the cat pen area that she cleaned, everyday. In addition, she came over the day it was supposed to snow, on very short notice, for additional drop in visits. I asked her if she could do drops ins the day before, for this day. And even though it was short notice for this additional booking, she agreed to do the drop ins. I was relieved to not have to travel back home, an hour away, in inclement weather, the next day. I am so grateful for her hard work and for excepting my last minute booking, without much prior notice. Melissa is a reliable , flexible and kind pet sitter! I highly recommend her!
