I currently work outside the home three days a week. My husband works for the city and is home daily for lunch, so your dog will never go longer than about three hours without a potty break.

Our home is calm and pet-focused, and we currently do not have any animals, allowing me to tailor care to your dog’s individual needs. I’m attentive, proactive, and thoughtful in my approach, and I’m committed to creating a safe, predictable environment where your dog can feel secure and relaxed.

We start the day with a potty break, breakfast, and a nice long walk to sniff everything. Midday brings another potty break and some rest time, and evenings are for dinner, another long walk, and enrichment or brain games before cozying up for the night.

I love dogs more than people 😉 and have been around them my entire life — from Silky Terriers to German Shepherds. I’m a responsible, attentive, and genuinely caring person who will treat your dog like my own. We currently do not have any animals in the home, which allows me to focus fully on your dog’s care and comfort. While we live in an apartment, we’re just a few blocks from the beach in Asbury Park and have access to excellent walking routes. I take dogs on long daily walks of at least 3 miles and am always happy to go farther if that suits your pup. I’m especially understanding of dogs who may be anxious or reactive around other dogs. I know how stressful it can be to leave a dog with behavioral sensitivities, and I’m committed to providing a safe, calm, and structured environment. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities.

Meghan is the absolute best caring human for us and our skittish dog. She goes the extra mile to put the dog at ease and always shows added compassion. Meghan was fantastic!! She was communicative, friendly, and so loving to my pup. The pics she sent were great and my dog is still totally zonked out from all the fun she had. My poor pup’s face when I picked her up when she saw Meghan’s husband go inside and close the door behind him- she was sulking and sad to be leaving them! 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be using Meghan again.
Meghan was an EXCELLENT dog sitter for my senior Frenchie! She was incredibly communicative and made sure to follow all of Lucie’s care needs, which gave me so much peace of mind. Lucie was smiling in every picture she sent (it was clear she felt happy and comfortable!). I’ll absolutely be booking with Meghan again - it was such a relief knowing Lucie was in such great hands while I was away.
Brie absolutely loved her time at Meghan’s place! I got daily updates and great communication and could see how happy and comfortable she was in the photos and videos. We felt relaxed and assured that our dog was in excellent care and being treated as if she was part of the family. Meghan even included a little goodie bag and was sad to see Brie go, they’re really bonded. I absolutely recommend Meghan (and Rob) to care for your baby!
