About: Hi there! My name is Kristin and I have a lifelong passion for all animals. Growing up on a horse farm, I was surrounded by various animals and always had cats and dogs as pets. Outside of having pets growing up, I have helped out friends and family members with dog, cat, and house sitting for them over the past 10+ years. I have experience with a variety of breeds, ranging from big breeds such as Pitbulls and Boxers to smaller breeds like Yorkies and Jack Russells. I care for all animals with all my heart and your pets will be in loving hands with me! I work full time in Monmouth county, so weekends would be ideal for me. However, if your pet doesn't need to go out as frequently, I can definitely help out during the week. I am typically out of the house between 10am-6pm, so I can play with/walk/feed them before or after those times. Weekends are totally open for me so I can do whatever your pet needs. In my client's home, I will follow their typical routine and do whatever they do to care for their pets. I always respect their home and make sure I leave it as clean as possible.

About: ***AVAILABLE JULY AND AUGUST, I WORK IN AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL*** I have had animals since I was kid and eventually adopted a dog of my own who had behavioral triggers and social restrictions that helped me learn a lot about dog and human safety. After his passing, I decided to work at the SPCA to have an animals lovin’ and I enjoyed every second of it. Because of my experience, they allowed me to work with the dogs who have a history and require more attentive care; seeing those babes go home is something I will never forget. I have some free time on my hands due to my 10 month employment at a school and don’t have a dog of my own to walk on these beautiful days! I’d love it if you let me spend some time with yours :) !!! I take care of my cats at home and we’re early risers! I have a pretty clear schedule except for the months where I am working at my school! I am used to the “closing up” of places (checking water bowls, collecting toys, locking the doors/gates) from my own personal experience and from working at the shelter. I like to make sure the animals are calm and happy so that the next time they see me, they’re closer to being as excited as I am!

Couldn't love Brandon more if we tried! He has the most calm and patient demeanor and took such good care of our little Dachshund, Ravioli. This was the first time we were leaving him alone with anyone but my fiance and me, so we were nervous. Brandon came for our dinners so we could have an evening out and he made fast friends with Ravioli. He also helped him through some firework fears as this was the 3rd of July. Savannah dog & house sat for about 8 days for us. She was very responsible. It was nice that she took the time to come meet the dogs and go over what the job entailed prior to our vacation. We were pleased with the care she gave our pups, and how nicely she kept the house. We will absolutely hire her again, and would recommend her.
Melissa spent 4 days with our recently-adopted cat, Mama while we were away on vacation. She was very communicative and sent us regular photos and updates. She was very thorough in making sure she understood Mama’s temperament and her needs. Having a strong connection with my boys, I hoped to find someone who could empathize. Rachel empathized and cared for my nervous lab and demanding staffy for 9 days. Kaining did a fantastic job taking care of my two dogs for a week, as well as taking care of my home. She administered medications to both my dogs. She was very responsible, kept to their schedule, played and snuggled with them! I would recommend her to take care of your fur babies.
Kristen did a great job cat-sitting at my house. I left way too many instructions, which she followed perfectly. And both of my shy cats were comfortable enough to make appearances - one even let her pet him. She was also excellent at communicating and sending pictures. I highly recommend her!
Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog. He can often be slow to warm up and wary about going on walks with new people, but he seemed completely at ease and in his normal element with her. She is super communicative and sent a bunch of pics, it gave me such peace of mind. We highly recommend her!
