I make sure every pet in my care gets plenty of physical and mental exercise and has lots of fun doing it! I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years. Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I have half a dozen cozy dog beds, dog toys, and treat puzzles. Dogs are also allowed on all furniture. Our Paw-ncierge Kessie is a very calm, 9-year-old Shih Tzu. She is dedicated to welcoming all furry friends 24/7, 365 days a year. My house is located 5-minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the dog beach in either Asbury or Spring Lake, and about 10 minutes from the Off-Leash Dog Parks in Neptune and Wall. My backseat is set up with cozy dog beds and a pet hammock for safety.

About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. I trained a couple of my dogs from a young age and though I’m not certified I felt that I did a pretty good job. I’m very patient and very genuine. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. I would say I’m a pretty neat person and don’t mind cleaning up if anything is needed. Genuinely it makes me happy to help others around the house if necessary. I used to babysit for a while and would always tidy up when I could find the time. I recently moved and now live with my grandparents and mom. We also have a chocolate lab who’s very energetic and loves to play. We have a fenced in yard and a conservation close to our house so there’s plenty of space for the animals. I have a fully fenced in yard and have plenty of room to crate your pups. We recently lost our dog so we are pet free. Being dog people, we welcome your dogs like they were our family.
