About: I was raised alongside litters of puppies and my life has revolved around animals ever since. My family consistently had 8-10 dogs in our home, ranging from big dogs like labs or American bulldogs to smaller dogs like French bulldogs or terrier mixes. Since I was in elementary school, I was tasked with feeding, grooming, walking and playing with all of our dogs. As an adult, I've helped my parents out in watching their many dogs (my dad has 12!) when they are out of town and pet-sitting for friends and family. I adopted my own two cats, who I've had since they were kittens, and love them with almost my whole heart - I have two ferrets that take up some space in my heart too. Ferrets are notoriously difficult pets to take care of, so if I can handle them and all their energy & mischief, I think I'm prepared to take care of just about any creature. I have been conscientious, responsible and caring for my own pets and I promise I'll treat yours the same way :) I work 9-5 on a hybrid schedule but, as a manager, I have flexibility in terms of remote work — I can always change my schedule around to accommodate yours! I need advanced notice for overnight bookings, as I commute into the city twice a week. I can always switch my-in office days with enough of a head's up, so please reach out if my current calendar availability doesn't align with yours! We may be able to work something out. Unfortunately, I know the feeling of coming home from a trip and realizing that some little things were unattended to by a friend I'd trusted with my pets: the water fountain was half full, the litter box hadn't been scooped in a few days, their 24/7 bird streaming YouTube video wasn't on (lol). Of course my pets were still fed, but it didn't feel like they were cared for the same way I would have. I promise that won't happen if I am entrusted with your pet. I am very good at noticing and handling those little details, even if you forgot to mention them, because that's what I would want. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve done all the chores that come with them. I’ve had a big dog and a little dog almost my entire life. My big dog is now older, so I have to help him with his arthritis. I’ve had to pick up poop, feed them, walk them, and massage him. I don’t have a job currently, so I’m free for anyone’s convenience! Couldn't love Brandon more if we tried! He has the most calm and patient demeanor and took such good care of our little Dachshund, Ravioli. This was the first time we were leaving him alone with anyone but my fiance and me, so we were nervous. Brandon came for our dinners so we could have an evening out and he made fast friends with Ravioli. He also helped him through some firework fears as this was the 3rd of July. Ravioli was thrilled to see him on their second night and allowed us dinner in peace. Brandon threw his ball and played with him until he was all tuckered out. Thank you so much, Brandon!
Savannah dog & house sat for about 8 days for us. She was very responsible. It was nice that she took the time to come meet the dogs and go over what the job entailed prior to our vacation. We were pleased with the care she gave our pups, and how nicely she kept the house. We will absolutely hire her again, and would recommend her.

Hunter took wonderful care of my sweet animals while we were away. My senior dog wasn’t feeling well and was unable to move from her bed, which could have been incredibly stressful. Hunter handled the situation with so much care, patience, and compassion. She was able to easily administer her medications, made sure she was comfortable at all times, and gave her the attentive, thoughtful care she needed during a vulnerable moment. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and loving hands. She also made sure our cat was well cared for and loved while we were away. I’m incredibly grateful for Hunter and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and trustworthy pet caregiver.
Kristen did a great job cat-sitting at my house. I left way too many instructions, which she followed perfectly. And both of my shy cats were comfortable enough to make appearances - one even let her pet him. She was also excellent at communicating and sending pictures. I highly recommend her!
Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog. He can often be slow to warm up and wary about going on walks with new people, but he seemed completely at ease and in his normal element with her. She is super communicative and sent a bunch of pics, it gave me such peace of mind. We highly recommend her!
Alexis was undaunted by the fact that the 6-hour pet-sitting job was at our hotel. Other sitters were put off by that, so it was a real hassle getting someone to take nearly $100 for watching TV a few miles from home with two loving dogs. Alexis totally got it, and she was the consummate professional, taking the pooches to the pet relief area 50 feet from the door more frequently than just the once required. Cheery and mature, a good communicator, good with the photos and videos.
My dogs were well cared for and seemed comfortable throughout the stay, and I appreciated receiving regular photo updates. Communication was smooth, and the house was left clean overall. I did notice that several personal items and pieces of furniture were moved and not returned to their original places. I also noticed that a larger amount of food and wine was used than I expected, including specialty items brought from outside the country that are difficult to find and usually last for months. These items were gone after a two week stay. While the pet care itself was good, clearer expectations around personal belongings and food would be helpful for future stays.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
