“Liza was simply the best. Our dog got sick last minute and Liza saved the day. She was fantastic with my dog Tali who loved her. I would highly recommend Liza to anyone”

“Alyssa was amazing with my pets. She went above and beyond what was asked. Mini (lab mix) is not a dog that warms up quickly to others and Alyssa didn’t give up on her. I do believe they are finally friends. I will be a repeat client and won’t hesitate to use Alyssa again.”

About: I have been caring for pets ever since I got my own to care for at a very young age. I have years of hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages, including newborn kittens, energetic kittens and cats, and senior cats who all require extra attention, patience and love. I also have well-rounded experience caring for dogs. I have experience with mature and senior dogs, including boarding them, caring for, and walking. I have cared for energetic dogs to calmer dogs and always tailor my care toward their needs. I have dog walking experience on both trail walks and city walks and design appropriate routes depending on the dog’s ability and character. I understand the importance of routine, attentiveness, and gentle handling while caregiving and always follow instructions diligently. Over time, friends and family have relied on me to check in on, feed, play, pet sit, and board their pets for days or weeks while they were away, trusting me to keep their pets safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I currently work from home 3 days a week, only 2 days in office so I will have plenty of time and flexibility to care for pets. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays for check ins or walks. I can stay in clients homes for boarding, walks, or check-ins. I can provide multiple updates or whatever the client desires. “Jessica was great with our little Gracie. She was attentive and patient as she is still a pup! We were so happy she was able to care for her during our wedding weekend away!”

“Carissa took excellent care of our two cats! Sent daily photos and texts which is so reassuring! She even put down ice melt for us when we got snow. Highly recommend her to take care of your pets!”

About: I have l had the responsibility of taking care of my home pets ever since I could remember. We’ve always had a full house with dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, guinea pigs, chickens, and even a macaw. I have experience with senior dogs that require extra care as I have one of my own. I have also taken a few puppy training classes that I have used on my dogs as well as pups of close friends. Most of my pets have been rescues and I was able to use those skills to break bad, destructive habits that could’ve resulted in injury. I am currently a full time college student and a part time medical assistant at an urgent care clinic. Typically, I would have the most time to commit to intensive pet care in the early mornings, early afternoons, late evenings, and weekends. My dogs are crate trained and my pets typically spend their nights in their designated areas. In the mornings everyone is opened, greeted with many pets and kisses, and fed. The dogs are walked and trained for a bit before my departure. I make sure to leave a few brain engaging toys/ treats while gone for the day. Once I return, the process is repeated with a longer evening walk and extra cuddle time. My senior dog required a bit more attention with daily injections and a specific diet. I am sure I would take care of your pet with the same care and love I give my pets.
“Leesha was amazing with our pups. She kept us updated and sent just the right amount of pictures to show they were doing well and well cared for. Ace my rottweiler is not good with stranger's but he immediately loved Leesha which put my family at ease as this was our biggest concern using Rover for the first time and leaving our dogs with a stranger.”

“Sam did an amazing job taking care of our two pups while we were away recently for six days! She was so kind, attentive, and communicated with us the whole time, sending us updates and pictures. We will definitely have her over again in the future. Thank you again Sam!”

“Cassidy was fantastic! Our dog Sam absolutely loved her. She communicated several times per day for the entire visit including numerous pictures and videos of our boy playing and snuggling. He was a very happy boy upon our return so I know he enjoyed her company. Also- the house was spotless when we returned and she left us a lovely note. We recommend her highly!!”

“Colleen is very professional and prompt. Having her stay with Mili while I was away was a huge relief for me. She also sent me updats and pictures daily so I knew how she was doing. I would recommend Colleen to anyone needing an attentive dog sitter!”

“Julia was amazing! She was so communicative and we got home to a happy and healthy pup (and a 100% clean apartment!) I could tell she was spending a lot of time with our buddy and really appreciated her attention and support. Would absolutely book again!”

“My very young, but large and high-energy dog did exceedingly well with Connor. Having come into my life last October, I had not once left Chance in the care of anyone else. I was, of course, a bit nervous about how he would fare. He was rescued from a terrible situation and suffers from anxiety. I’ve worked hard to help Chance adjust, and I have made good progress. I had no reason to fear! Connor knew instinctively how to connect with Chance, and it is clear that I had the right person for this dog! I highly recommend Connor and thank him for taking a chance on Chance!”

“Emily is a fantastic pet sitter! She shows a genuine love for animals with her gentle spirit. Emily communicated with me throughout my trip so I knew the pets were doing well and we dealt with minor issues that came up. I was very concerned to use a pet sitter, but had no choice for this trip and Emily put me at ease. She really loved and cared for my pets. I highly recommend Emily!”

About: I have had a dog my whole life and love playing with him, walking him, and running with him. I always take care of the dog I used to have and play with him all day long. I am a teacher so summers I am more free to walk more as well! I will do whatever is needed to provide the best care. I always follow instructions carefully and never forget anything! I always provide extra time for play and cuddles!
About: I've been surrounded by dogs and cats since I was a child, and have a true affinity with them. I've been pet sitting and dog walking on the side since 2004. For the past 5 years I have added animal massage to the mix, as our furry friends often benefit from this kind of therapy. I am nationally board certified in canine massage (NBCAAM) and offer this service at no extra charge (if you like) when I care for your fur friend. I always provide the utmost respect and care for you, your animals, and your home. "Ann-Marie has a special gift. She worked with my dog after she had a major dental surgery. My experience with her was wonderful. She came right to my home and worked with my dog in the comfort of her own space. she was gentle, patient and connected with my fur baby in a special way. After her session I noticed my dog had a different energy about her, she was more at peace and alert, in a good way. Working with Ann-Marie was a true pleasure and I highly recommend her services to anyone with a fur baby in need of some TLC." Grace T., RI I have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule, and have ample time to go on walks and be present with animals in my care. Trust and Relationship Building with Dogs was the first class in canine massage training. I use these tools (along with a lifetime's experience of companionship with dogs and cats) to create a safe and loving environment.
“Alexandra has exceeded our expectations. Due to her attentiveness, personal commitment, and skillfulness, we were not only comfortable leaving the dogs and house in her care, we knew they were happy, active, and in great hands! Dartmouth pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kaitlyn spent a weekend with our new (very high energy, demanding) puppy, our 3 year old dog and older guinea pig while we took our daughter to camp. She did a beautiful job. She was communicative, conscientious and responsible. When we returned the animals were in great shape and the house was impeccably clean. Thank you, Kaitlyn. We hope you'll sit for us again.
