About: I love dogs to my very core! My best friend in the whole world is my little chihuahua/min-pin mix. I love running around in the yard and having a hiking buddy. I can't get enough of their cute little faces and enjoying playing with a fuzzy friend! I'm a Wildlife and Conservation Biology student at the University of Rhode Island, and during the summer, I intern at a turtle rescue and rehabilitation center in Rhode Island. I have a deep love for animals of all kinds, and I miss my furry friends when I'm away at school. Spending time with pets during the summer, between my internship commitments, and throughout the school year offers me a joyful break from my studies. I would come to a client's home to feed, walk, play, and anything else the fuzzy friend may need! I am more than happy to take an animal for a walk around the neighborhood or take them to a park. About: I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have grown accustomed to a range of feeding, walking, grooming and play schedules and also have experience administering medication. I can handle dogs around other pets, acting to keep everyone involved comfortable and safe. I have lots of free time after classes and only a part time work schedule in the summer. I am able to make time morning, afternoon and night! Until August 15th, I will be living with two roommates. One of which have a cat and a dog who are very friendly. I aim to keep boarding to a minimum until I move into my new space where I will have a lot more room and there would be no. concern with pets interacting and living with other pets that they do not know.

“Marcia was great at house-sitting my fur-baby Luca. She went above and beyond and put my mind at ease. I was away on family business that was very difficult and I never leave my dog home. He usually is on the plane right with me. So, because I wasn’t able to bring him this time, I was very nervous to leave him. I have no complaints. She always kept me updated with pictures and videos and I must say, Luca had an amazing time.
